What you will be doing • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and in accordance with US GAAP and Local GAAP. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • Audits and Compliance: Take full responsibility for the company’s statutory, internal, and SOX audits. Ensure proper submission of Tax and VAT reports in compliance with local regulations of each entity. Maintain legal compliance, including board and shareholders meetings, statutory requirements, insurance, and reports to authorities. • Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to ensure accurate financial information.
