【Responsibilities】 （Immediately after hiring) Played as IT (department) manager, responsible for IT affairs including Fab App, Infra and Biz App, and need to align solutions and practices with HQ IT. As a IT manager (to-be dept manager), you will: 1. Responsible for IT systems and devices. Well operate all IT systems and provide fast 1st-line on-duty services to all users. 2. Align Fab App, infra-architecture, and Biz App solutions with HQ IT, and need to do some localized solutions for Biz App. 3. People and Org management for 3 sections and play as a good bridge between HQ IT and Japan branch IT, and support all functions success in japan branch. The Etching Equipment Fab Technical Assistant will support the daily operation and maintenance of etching equipment in the fab, ensuring smooth production and quality control. This role requires hands-on experience with various etching-related tools and inspection processes. 【Job Description】 Perform routine inspections and maintenance on etching equipment, including Dry, Wet, Stripper, Implanter, and RTP tools. Manage material dispatching and ensure smooth equipment operation. Conduct Machine Quality Control (MQC), including particle and etching rate monitoring. Perform In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), covering AOI, CD, and Mura inspection. Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and optimize process performance. 【Key Qualifications】 Minimum 2 years of fab operation experience. Hands-on experience with etching equipment and inspection processes. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced fab environment. 【Education & Experience】 High school diploma or vocational school education and above.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline laboratory processes. Create and manage .wim images using DISM. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues on customer‘s platforms.
