This is an opportunity for a forward-thinking and experienced leader with a solid technical background in a wide range of tech stacks to excel in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for directly managing around 15 team leaders for developing performance appraisal systems. Meanwhile, the candidate is expected to indirectly lead the 50 developers, and ensure our technical operations run smoothly and efficiently. 【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】 1. Oversee and guide a large team of developers, utilizing a diverse set of technologies 2. Develop, implement, and evaluate performance appraisal systems that motivate team members and ensure high-quality work. 3. Work closely with stakeholders to understand the strategic direction of the company and translate this into technical initiatives. 4. Work with Project Managers and Team Leads to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards. 5. Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the industry and seek to incorporate them where appropriate to ensure competitive advantage. 6. Facilitate collaboration among the development teams and ensure synergy in software development efforts. 7. Promote and enforce best practices in coding, software design, testing, debugging, and documentation. 【QUALIFICATION】 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a technical role. 3. Significant experience in a wide range of software language, preferably with a focus on Java, Angular, react, flutter and .NET core. 4. Experience working in agile/scrum development processes. 5. Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA project management platform. 6. Willingness to learn SAP Spartacus, SAP Hybris, and ImpEx. 7. Proven experience in managing a large team of developers. 8. Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective performance appraisal systems. 9. Strong leadership and organizational skills. 10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 11. 主管職缺工作內容為機電設計，預算及規範編列，具建築機電設計規劃繪圖經驗者尤佳。

1.操作CNC機器 富士通18M以上 2.CNC上下料，安裝工件和刀具，更換刀具與補正，量測工件。 3..專業加工汽機車板金模具 4.有識圖能力，操作機台，撰寫程式，能獨當一面。 5.肯學習，工作認真，可配合加班。 6.維護機台，排除故障問題。

於營建工地進行電梯工程安裝作業。 1.公司提供完整教育訓練，歡迎想學習專業技術者加入(無經驗可)。 2.工作地點為新竹地區，錄取後先在當地受訓，爾後視課程安排至桃園教育 訓練中心受訓 (備有宿舍，受訓期間免收住宿費)。 3.輔導考取升降設備技術士證,考取後給予證照費補助。 4.技師任職滿一年後,平均年薪達 500,000~600,000 元以上(實際依安裝效率與年度年終獎金 而有所增減)。 5.現場升遷制度完整(技師→B級領班→A級領班→工地主任),升遷後技術津貼亦同步 調增。 6.因工作內容需求，請求職者先行評估個人是否可以接受勞力作業。如有懼高症者 較不適合此職務。 7.年終獎金(連續五年平均發放五個月以上年終獎金) *下述薪資未含獎金，試用期滿後，依公司制度及個人表現發放月獎金。
