【About the Role】 We are seeking a highly motivated Interface Solution Engineer to join the Hioki team. The role focuses on the development, optimization, and debugging of electrical verification programs for Probe Cards (P/C), Load Boards (L/B), and MLO (Multi-Layer Organic) substrates on Hioki test platforms. The primary objective is to ensure the electrical integrity and reliability of hardware interfaces through advanced testing methodologies, identifying manufacturing defects such as open nets or insulation failures while ensuring the safety of onboard components. 【Responsibilities】 Electrical Program Development & Optimization: • Develop, maintain, and optimize electrical verification programs for high-density PCBA and interface hardware based on Gerber data, Schematics, and Bill of Materials (BOM). • Implement advanced test schemes for Open/Short (OS) and Leakage verification to ensure robust net connectivity and high-resistance insulation performance. • Integrate automation tools and scripts (e.g., Excel VBA) to streamline manual test point generation and enhance data processing efficiency. • Perform electrical safety evaluations by verifying component voltage ratings to define optimized test parameters, preventing electrical overstress on sensitive hardware. Technical Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: • Analyze fail results to identify root causes, distinguishing between actual defects and false calls caused by Relays, path resistance, or internal component connections. • Optimize test stability by fine-tuning technical parameters such as waiting times, reference thresholds, and voltage polarities based on hardware characteristics. Cross-functional Collaboration: • Act as a technical interface for tester location (e.g., Syowa, ATAC); manage program package delivery and verify feedback files (COS/COP) to ensure testing accuracy. • Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure all testing deliverables are synchronized with hardware release schedules and production windows.

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Implementation Expert. The role involves acting as the primary point of reference for the SAP implementation, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders. This person will interface with business users, colleagues in Italy, and the external vendor, coordinating activities, gathering and translating requirements, and ensuring clear and effective communication. The person will support the project by monitoring progress, proactively resolving issues, and ensuring that solutions meet business needs and project timelines. Additionally, the role includes guaranteeing alignment between SAP and legacy systems, as well as coordinating with third-party providers responsible for managing those systems. 1. Core Responsibilties • Configure and maintain SAP systems and modules • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues • Support SAP implementation, upgrades, and enhancements • Provide technical and functional support to end users, and Manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions 2. ERP System Architecture & Implementation • Design, implement, and maintain an integrated ERP system supporting end-to-end business processes, including, among the others, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay), and Manufacturing / Production processes. • Configure ERP modules to support production planning, material management, inventory control, costing, and production execution. • Ensure ERP configuration aligns with business requirements, operational processes, and manufacturing best practices. • Support master data governance (materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, vendors, customers) ensuring consistency and data quality across processes. 3. ERP Process Integration & Technology Transfer (Italy → Local Site) • Collaborate with Italian business, IT, and ERP teams to transfer existing ERP process templates configured and defined in Italy, system configuration, and operational models to the local site. • Analyze legacy ERP implementations and business processes from the Italian site and adapt them to local organizational and regulatory requirements. • Manage ERP configuration alignment, data migration, and validation to ensure process continuity and functional equivalence. • Document end-to-end process flows, ERP configuration settings, and functional specifications transferred from the Italy site. 4. ERP–MES Integration & Manufacturing Support • Define and support interfaces between ERP and MES for real-time production feedback, traceability, and reporting. • Ensure alignment between ERP production planning and MES shop-floor execution. • Support production-related KPIs, efficiency monitoring, and traceability requirements through ERP–MES integration. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement • Act as a key link between business users, manufacturing, IT, and external system integrators. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), integration testing, and end-to-end validation of ERP and MES processes. • Identify system and process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and operational stability. • Provide functional support during go-live phases and post-go-live stabilization. 6. Documentation, Training & Governance • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, system configuration guides, and process procedures. • Support training activities for key users and operational teams on SAP processes. • Contribute to governance activities, including change management, transport validation, and release planning.

• Collaborate with global IT management by evaluating current and emerging technology needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing fit-for-purpose recommendations that support effective planning, decision-making, and continuous enhancement of the organization‘s IT environment. • Managing technology infrastructure and assets across multiple locations, coordinating with the team to maintain, support, and optimize all company hardware. • Oversee Security, Compliance, and Data Governance initiatives, ensuring adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements. • M365 administration and management. • Work with cross-functional teams to test, evaluate, and implement new technologies and solutions for both regional and global deployments. • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to manage support activities, escalate technical issues, and procure necessary hardware and software. • Perform Network Administration, including managing, and monitoring LAN, WLAN, and WAN environments. • Execute Windows System Administration task, including the design, planning, implementation, and support of all Microsoft windows environment. • Design, install, and configure internal and customer-facing servers, with a primary focus on Microsoft Windows OS environments (Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, and Windows 11 for endpoint devices) • Perform Virtual Machine Administration using various virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
