Allocate resource, schedule according to priorities, and work with team to achieve the goals. 3. Develop automation test tools/fixtures which can be used to test the software/hardware functions (e.g., Media, Navi, BT, Connected services, and vehicle networks) of all of our automotive products. 4. Develop test scripts and execute automation test for system validation, as well as improve validation processes and methodologies. 5. Collaborate closely with Garmin global associates to develop, maintain and enhance automation test tools. 6. Research the new technology and new testing feature / facility, particularly regarding automation and AI technologies for the automotive products. 【Minimum Qualifications】 1. 5+ years software development experience; 3+ years team/project management experience (OEM/ODM experience is preferred). 2. Expertise in one or more of the programming languages C, C++, C#, Python. 3. Experience with one or more of software, firmware, hardware design for automation test. 4. Experience with git, gerrit or SVN. 5. Good English communication skill. 6. Good teamwork ability. 【Preferred Qualifications】 1. Familiar with Automotive products, LLM, NLP and deep learning, as well as common testing metrics. 2. Experience with CAN bus/Vector CAPL. 3. Experience with testing fixtures/equipment control. 4. Design visually appealing and technically feasible textile solutions that address ergonomic and structural challenges in through-body applications. 3. Define key material targets and performance requirements specific to smart or sensing-enabled textile products. 4. Collaborate closely with suppliers to develop advanced textile materials and fabrication techniques—including embossing and precision printing—to realize functional and aesthetic design intent. 【Qualifications】 1. Bachelor‘s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related discipline. 2. 4–6 years of experience in CMF textile development, ideally with exposure to wearable or skin-contact device applications. 3. Solid understanding of textile structures (knit, woven, non-woven) and manufacturing constraints, especially for integration with electronics components. 4. Familiarity with advanced textile functions such as electrical conductivity, thermal regulation (cooling/heating), elasticity, and antimicrobial properties. 5.
