1. 負責塑膠射出模具結構設計製造維護 2. 執行模具零件加工、組立、配模與試模作業，熟悉銑床、車床、磨床、放電加工機及線切割等設備操作 3. 依塑膠材料特性與產品結構進行模流、收縮率、脫模斜度及成型條件分析，調整模具設計以改善成型品質 4. 負責射出試模、尺寸量測與外觀檢驗，使用游標卡尺、分厘卡、高度規及三次元量測儀確認產品精度 5. 執行模具故障排除、保養、維修與修模作業及尺寸偏差等成型問題 6. 依產品圖面與品質規格進行模具驗收及改善，建立模具加工、試模、維修與零件更換紀錄

(1) 馬達機構與結構設計： 負責各類型馬達（如：永磁同步馬達 PMSM、無刷直流馬達 BLDC 等）之零組件結構設計，包含機殼、轉子/定子結構、軸心與軸承配置等。運用 2D/3D CAD 繪圖軟體（如 SolidWorks、AutoCAD、Creo 等）繪製工程圖面，並進行幾何公差與尺寸分析（GD&T）。協助運用 CAE 軟體進行結構強度、震動、噪音與熱傳/散熱分析，優化馬達整體機構。 (2) 跨領域協作與工程串接： 與電磁設計工程師緊密配合，依據電磁設計參數（如磁路空間需求），評估並提供符合應力與熱傳要求之最佳實體結構配置。與製程/生技工程師協作，進行可製造性設計（DFM）與可組裝性設計（DFA）評估，確保設計能順利導入量產。樣品製作與測試驗證：參與馬達試作打樣，並制定電磁性能測試計畫。執行馬達特性測試（如：反電動勢、轉矩特性、效率地圖 mapping 測試等），並將實測數據與模擬結果進行比對、修正與對齊。 (3) 樣品製作與測試驗證： 參與馬達試作打樣與組裝流程，處理並解決樣品製作過程中的機構異常與干涉問題。制定機構與環境可靠度測試計畫（如：震動測試、溫升測試、噪音測試等），並將實測數據與模擬結果進行比對、修正與對齊。 (4) 技術文獻與智財累積： 建立與維護 BOM 表，撰寫機構設計與分析報告、工程規格書及相關技術交接文件協助評估國內外馬達機構新技術趨勢、新材料應用，並進行相關專利佈局與分析。

Position Description The Critical Facility Engineering team plays an integral role in maintaining the overall health of the critical infrastructure systems to ensure best-in-class data center services for our customers. Critical Facility Technicians & Engineers are Vantage’s front-line responder for dealing with critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure operations, includes capacity management, performance optimization, and responding to, troubleshooting, and affecting repairs when unplanned events occur. Providing best-in-class services requires proficiency in mission critical facility management including change management, event management, incident management and problem management. Essential Job Functions: • Ensure the completion of the maintenance activities to the highest quality level of planification, preparation, execution, and reporting. • Ensure the full reliability of the infrastructures with the focus on continuity of services, energy efficiency and budgetary constraints. • Use the BMS (Building Management System) and all available systems and do regular walkthroughs to keep up to date, at all times, the appropriate monitoring on site. Duties include but not limited to: • Strict adherence to safe work practices for all work activities, at all times. • Strict compliance with physical processes and procedures. • Conduct daily walk-through of facility documenting parameters such as power availability, temperature and humidity, alarm status, etc. for identification of discrepancies and trends. • Provide hands on support for customer needs, includes installation/decommissioning of racks. • Supervise contractors to ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with approved MOPs and Vantage’s Mission Critical Facility work rules. • Utilize internal CMMS to manage maintenance workflows and spare part inventory. • Ensure availability targets are achieved and maintained for data centers and technical infrastructure for all Vantage Data Center facilities. • Monitor and report load capacities of critical infrastructure to mitigate overload conditions during equipment failover between primary and redundant systems. • Perform periodic site-specific crisis management drills to ensure full preparedness to respond effectively to an unplanned change-of-state event. • Perform post event analysis includes report compilation, to establish root cause, lessons learned and implement mitigation and or remediation activities in a timely manner. • Participate in operations and technical compliance audits and ensure timely completion of improvement plans. • Actively contribute to all improvement actions in the site PUE. • Work with Construction team to ensure construction activities do not impact operations, participate in commissioning activities, and drive timely closure of construction defects. • Perform other services determined that are necessary to maintain and operate all mission-critical related infrastructure in an approved manner. Physical Working Conditions • The position is subject to extreme cold and extreme heat. Activities occur inside and outside. • The position is subject to noise such as vibration and high volume of air movement. • The position is subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals. Job Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant discipline. • Experience in operating, maintaining, repairing, inspecting, and testing of electrical distribution systems, and or HVAC systems, and or building management/automation systems. • Prior experience in Data Center operations or equivalent mission critical facility. • Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. • Locking out / making installations safe after incidents. • Reactivation of circuit breakers in low-voltage electrical equipment. • Readings and measurements on equipment. • Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach and the capacity to generate new ideas. • Problem solver. • Proven skills in the use of software, such as, BMS, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and MS Project. • Candidates must possess reliable transportation for reporting to work for shifts, or emergencies. • Travel is expected to be less than 5％, occasionally for training purposes. Position Overview The Manager, Facilities Operations will be responsible for continued and uninterrupted operation of raised floor 24-7-365 in a large Tier III data center campus to include all equipment and spaces up to the PDU at the customer level. The Manager will manage scheduled and corrective maintenance, system repairs, testing, equipment commissioning and all critical facility start up and continuing operations. The Manager, Facilities Operations will manage and lead a team of Senior Level Specialists (Electrical and Mechanical) and Facility Technicians, as well as all contracted maintenance and repair teams working onsite in the facility. The Chief Engineer is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these employees, and will report directly to the Director of Facilities Operations and coordinate activities with the Director of Engineering. Essential Job Functions: • Oversee and supervise the efficient 24/7/365 operation of the facility equipment and systems. • Strive toward a goal of zero down-time in operations by virtue of reliable system performance. • Extensive customer service focus and interaction: evaluate all equipment and system operations, to include providing customers with engineering analysis, recommendations for improvement and energy efficiency methods. • Leadership and management of all assigned personnel, to include developing/conducting performance appraisals, training plans, counseling and mentoring. • Coordination, oversight and quality assurance supervision of maintenance and service repairs on all critical facility and building engineering systems to include (but not limited to); electrical distribution (12kv and lower), emergency diesel generators, UPS/Battery back-up systems, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems (Chillers, CRACs, Cooling Towers, Package Units, etc.), BMS infrastructure, fire prevention as well as other electro-mechanical and control equipment throughout the data center campus. • Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with approved MOPs and the Vantage’s Mission Critical Facility work rules. • Utilizes the current CMMS program to administer and refine an effective preventative maintenance plan tailored to the facility. • Monitor and supervise subcontracted maintenance and repair projects, evaluating work performance and providing recommendations for utilizing in-house support whenever practical. • Ensure that work responsibilities are allocated properly among subordinates by developing and implementing manpower schedules and work methods and procedures that are designed to obtain low cost and efficient operation. • Establish performance standards for each phase of work, adhering to standard practices and quality levels. • Coordinate the development, implementation and training of SOP/EOP/MOPs for equipment and systems throughout the data center campus. This includes existing/supported equipment and systems as well as developing technical documentation for new and/or unsupported equipment and systems. • Run the site industrial safety program; assuring compliance with company policies, federal, state and local safety regulations. • Manage the site Lock-out / Tag-out program, strictly adhering to OSHA regulations. • Prepare operating and repair budgets, coordinating requirements with the Operations and Engineering Directors. • Oversee the purchasing of parts, equipment, and services to support operations within budget. Ensure adequate spare parts are maintained to allow expeditious repairs. • Establish and maintain periodic operational testing schedules for critical systems and equipment. • Conduct oversight of system testing and quality assurance documentation after major system repairs and/or maintenance to ensure compliance with EPA/environmental guidelines as well as local and state regulations. • Maintain and improve the site reliability program, identifying areas of concern that could develop into future problems. • Develop and maintain the site training program for technicians and other staff personnel on facility equipment and systems. • Perform other services determined necessary to maintain and operate all mission critical related infrastructure in an approved manner. • Additional duties as assigned by Management Job Requirements • Minimum ten years of “hands on” maintenance/repair/installation/commissioning level experience in mission-critical facilities (mechanical and/or electrical), including experience with mission-critical infrastructure, or in a related industrial/engineering • At least two years of leadership/management experience - proven experience in project management, meeting deadlines, directing a maintenance department, and managing and developing staff in mission-critical infrastructure environments. • Possess complete understanding and working knowledge of 2N Data Center/Critical Facility infrastructure, systems, operations, maintenance and emergency responses. • Strong Technical Writing skills and experience; as well as creating, coordinating, updating and/or modifying MOP/EOP/SOPs for critical facilities equipment, to include supporting new systems and researching technical requirements. • Excellent customer service experience with the ability and desire to engage customers at the site to explain infrastructure or engineering related concepts, methods of improvement or explaining emergency procedures. • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain constant interaction with supervisors and managers, as well as technicians in order to maintain awareness of critical facility activities. • Experience developing budgets, future plans, capital investments and repair projects with management and coordinating financial requests up to the CEO level as well as training subordinates to remain within budget. • Must be open to long hours, weekend, rotating shifts, and subject to calls during hours away from plant (24/7).
