Roles & Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. • Supervise on-site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications. • Monitor and enforce workplace safety regulations and quality control standards. • Coordinate with clients, project teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. • Prepare and maintain progress reports, project documentation, and site records. • Resolve technical issues, delays, or unexpected challenges during project implementation. • Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to engineering and safety standards. • Plan and schedule workflows, material deliveries, and resource allocation for efficiency. Qualifications: • Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering. • Minimum 2+ years of experience in site/project management. • Strong knowledge of construction/engineering site regulations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or project management tools. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. • Must be able to communicate and write in English. • Willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
