【About our team】 Time to market / volume to market are two important indexes to evaluate project success. To achieve these project goals, our teamwork with cross function team to manage all issues that related to manufacturing activities. From controlling product development process to solving manufacturing issues, we involve the project from NPI to MP phase to achieve project schedules and shipment target. 【Job Responsibilities】 ○ synchronize in-time information to both design and manufacturing team and make sure cross function team on the same page. ○ provide mitigation plan with cross function team when facing manufacturing/material/capacity issues. ○ work with factory team to achieve shipment target from NPI to MP phase. ○ work with engineering team/process team to solve manufacturing issues. ○ work with material/buyer team to ensure material delivery ○ work with process engineer/production planner to ensure production capacity 【Desired Skills and Experience】 ○ Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering related field ○ Must be familiar with new product development process of consumer electronics ○ Must be familiar with consumer electronics manufacturing process including SMT/optical bonding/system level assembly ○ Have experience leading cross function team to solve manufacturing/yield rate issues ○ Good to have experience of process engineer and project manager

Perform the mechanical design by innovation, collaboration and validation. We’re looking for the talent who has passion and professional skills. 【Responsibilities】 • Work closely with cross function team during all phases of product development. • Design and create assembly architectures to integrate mechanical, electrical, industrial design and manufacturing requirements. • Communicate ideas and design specifications through 3D model, 2D drawing, prototypes, sketches and slides. • Drive mechanical design reviews and drawing releases for all mechanical components in the product. • Solve mechanical problems during product development.
