協助研發人形機器人與 AMR 的控制模組；參與嵌入式電路的設計繪製與整合測試。配合優化機器人感知系統之演算法，學習在虛擬環境中進行物流方案模擬。 Assist in humanoid and AMR control module development; Participate in embedded circuit design and testing. Support perception algorithm optimization and learn logistics path simulation in virtual environments.

參與電腦視覺與 NLP 技術研發，協助開發領域專屬模型。配合設計 AI 應用框架，支援將生成式 AI 導入實際製造場景；協助執行數據標註與推理效能評估。 Participate in CV and NLP R&D; Assist in domain-specific model development. Support AI application frameworks and GenAI implementation in manufacturing; Assist in data labeling and inference evaluation.

協助執行 IC 設計驗證、先進封裝測試與製程數據分析。參與功率半導體研發專案的實驗採集；配合追蹤良率數據，學習車用電子零件之設計與整合規範。 Assist in IC design verification, advanced packaging testing, and process data analysis. Participate in power semiconductor R&D data collection. Support yield tracking and learn automotive component design specs.

參與 5G/6G 通訊軟體開發與通訊協議測試。協助低軌衛星酬載之硬體整合驗證；配合團隊進行量子計算軟體實驗，支援智慧聯網架構的技術文檔彙整 。 Participate in 5G/6G software development and protocol testing. Assist in satellite payload hardware integration. Support quantum software experiments and compile technical documentation for smart networking.

協助建置數位孿生模型，支援產線佈局與物流模擬；參與視覺監控技術的初步測試。配合智慧轉型專案進行數據採集，協助優化產線排程系統 。 Assist in building digital twin models and support layout/logistics simulation. Participate in visual monitoring technology testing. Support data collection for smart transformation and scheduling optimization.

參與智慧電動車開放平台的參考設計與規格制定；協助設計新一代智慧座艙的人機互動介面 (HMI) 原型並執行使用者測試。配合電子電氣架構 (EEA) 的整合驗證與軟體定義汽車 (SDV) 之應用開發測試，協助分析車輛運行數據以學習提升使用者體驗的軟體最佳化方案。 Participate in the reference design and specification setting for the smart EV open platform. Assist in designing HMI prototypes for smart cockpits and performing user testing. Support EEA integration verification and SDV application development testing, helping analyze vehicle operational data to enhance user experience.

協助開發城市數據中台，支援交通、醫療與能源數據的清理與標準化整合。參與城市級數據服務 (DaaS) 平台的功能需求訪談與系統規格書編寫。配合團隊提供平台運維之技術支援，協助處理企業客戶的操作諮詢與異常案件記錄，並學習跨領域數據應用架構。 Assist in developing city data middle-platforms and support the cleaning and standardization of transport, medical, and energy data. Participate in requirement interviews and documentation for city-level DaaS platforms. Support platform operation maintenance and assist in handling client inquiries and recording exception cases.

協助設計高效能伺服器與超算機櫃之主板、CPU/GPU 載板電路圖。參與先進運算架構之硬體原型功能測試、零件選型與初步 BOM 製作。配合資深工程師學習高速訊號完整性 (SI/PI) 模擬分析技術，支援液冷散熱機構的初步設計驗證與電源傳輸網路測試。 Assist in designing circuit diagrams for AI server mainboards and CPU/GPU carrier boards. Participate in functional testing of hardware prototypes for advanced computing architectures. Support part selection and initial BOM creation. Collaborate with engineers to learn SI/PI simulation and support initial liquid cooling design and PDN testing.

參與伺服器 BMC/BIOS 韌體功能的編寫、修正與模組化測試；協助開發系統監控與維運管理工具。配合電磁相容 (EMC) 實驗室進行初步測試計畫執行，支援針對不同處理器架構的驅動程式移植與核心效能初步驗證，學習韌體安全性更新流程。 Participate in writing, fixing, and module testing of server BMC/BIOS firmware. Assist in developing system monitoring and maintenance tools. Support initial EMC testing plans and assist in driver porting and core performance validation for various processor architectures.

協助全球 AI 算力平台架構的環境佈署與配置作業；參與雲端服務資源的日常維運、自動化資源分配之參數設定及性能監控。配合利用容器化技術 (Docker/K8s) 進行效能瓶頸初步排查，支援優化 MLOps 工作流並協助撰寫技術維護文件。 Assist in environmental deployment and configuration of global AI computing platforms. Participate in daily operations of cloud resources and parameter setting for automated resource allocation. Support initial performance troubleshooting using container technologies (Docker/K8s) and help optimize MLOps workflows and documentation.

協助研發電子電路設計、PCB Layout 審核與初步 BOM 產出；參與新產品開機測試與電性效能數據採集工作。配合資深工程師分析製程良率問題與硬體失效分析 (FA)，學習如何追蹤並改善伺服器或車載電子的電性設計缺陷，並建立測試基準文件。 Assist in electronic circuit design, PCB layout review, and initial BOM creation. Participate in power-on testing and electrical performance data collection. Collaborate with engineers to analyze yield issues and perform failure analysis (FA). Learn to track and improve design defects for servers or automotive electronics.

協助高密度伺服器機櫃與電子產品的結構強度分析與散熱方案設計；參與熱源模型建立與 CFD 流體力學模擬分析驗證。配合團隊規劃溫升、風洞與噪音實測計畫，協助執行新材料的選用評估與 Mockup 樣品之組裝性能解析，學習極致散熱解決方案。 Assist in structural strength analysis and thermal design for high-density server racks and electronic products. Participate in thermal model building and CFD simulation validation. Support temperature rise, wind tunnel, and noise testing. Assist in evaluating new materials and analyzing mockup assembly performance.

協助開發跨平台應用程式 (APP/Web) 與後端 API 服務；參與軟體專案的需求訪談、功能開發與規格文件彙整。配合執行 CI/CD 自動化整合測試與程式碼審閱，支援應用 AI 模型進行任務自動化之專案實踐，並學習撰寫高品質的技術佈署文件 (TDD)。 Assist in developing cross-platform apps and backend APIs. Participate in requirement gathering and technical specification compilation. Support CI/CD automated testing and code reviews. 參與集團全球營運系統的模組維護與功能優化；協助伺服器建置、日常網路維運與資安監控作業。配合集團數位轉型計畫導入相關 IT 工具，支援資安防護政策的落實，並協助整理潛在系統風險的改善報告，學習大型企業資訊治理流程。 Participate in module maintenance and optimization of group systems. Assist in server setup, network operations, and cybersecurity monitoring. Support the implementation of IT tools for digital transformation and assist in the execution of security policies and risk reporting.
