Responsibilities: 1、Lead mechanical engineering team for assigned projects and collaborate with the overseas customers, tooling suppliers to implement and deliver a mature mechanical design. 領導團隊與國外客戶、各類機械類物料供應商、模廠等各方通力合作，對所跟進的產品提供快速、高質、成熟、適於批量生產的機械設計； 2、Responsible for all engineering documentation and liaison of design files and requirements for prototype making, tooling, quotations and production. 跟催、組織 “prototype,tooling,quotaiton,production”等階段所有工程檔製作及修繕。 3、Survey latest technology to improve competence level and knowledge within R&D. 緊盯當前科技動態並力促本部門技術水準適應時代要求。 4、Acquire new technology and process to achieve high level of technical competence. 努力吸收新知識、新工藝以達到更高創新能力； Requirements: 1、 Degree in Engineering preferable 有工程背景者佳 2、Over 5 years experience on product development including theory, design, process and manufacturing of at least one of following applications: 五年以上產品設計、生產工藝和製作研發經驗，且最少下面一種工種範圍 2、 Fluids mechanics with pump and compressor 帶有泵、壓縮機等的針對液體的器具、設備 Heating device with thermo control and heat sink 帶有熱控制、散熱裝置的加熱設備 Motion device with gear chain and motor 帶有齒輪、馬達傳動機構的設備 Lighting product with optical lens, reflector, diffuser, 帶有光學鏡片、反光、散射等功能的光學產品 Water resistant or air-tight device 氣密、水密功能的產品 3、 Must be fluent in both written and spoken in English 必須具有流利說、寫英文的能力

1.大專以上學歷; 2.6年以上外資廠ODM/OEM電機、電子或家電產品經驗; 3.英語聽說能力雅思6.0、多益750以上，能聽粵語更佳; 4.具項目管理、PMC及工程開發經驗優先。 1、College degree or above; 2、 More than 6 years of experience in ODM/OEM of motor, electronic or home appliance products in foreign-funded factories; 3、 English listening and speaking skills: IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 750 or above. Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred. 4、Project management, PMC and engineering development experience is preferred. 職責: 全面跟進獲分派的客戶關係及風險管理，包括: 1.報價及訂單交期管理; 2.協調相關部門NPI投入評估及監察進度; 3.向上級匯報訂單及新項目營銷預測狀況。 Comprehensively follow up on the assigned customer relationship and risk management, including: 1、Quotation and order delivery date management; 2、 Coordinate with relevant departments to assess the NPI investment and monitor the progress; 3、 Report the status of orders and marketing forecasts for new projects to superiors.

任職要求： 1、大專以上學歷，5年以上電子廠採購工作經驗； College degree or above, with over 5 years of purchasing experience in electronics factories; 2、熟悉電子元器件物料的採購（例如：電阻、電容、電感、集成電路、二極管、變壓器、傳感器等），瞭解電子物料的品牌、規格、市場行情及相關代理，熟悉供應商管理； Be familiar with the procurement of electronic component materials (such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, integrated circuits, diodes, transformers, sensors, etc.), understand the brands, specifications, market conditions and related agents of electronic materials, and be familiar with supplier management; 3、英語能聽說讀寫。 Be proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing English. 崗位職責： 1、根據產品型號, 品牌與規格, 尋找供應商報價, 並且利用談判技巧, 需求數量等來降低採購的成本； Based on the product model, brand and specification, seek quotations from suppliers, and use negotiation skills, demand quantity, etc. to reduce the procurement cost. 2、根據需求出PO, 核對採購單； Issue pos based on requirements and verify purchase orders; 3、跟進PO交期(如: 排期,Pull in / Push out)； Follow up on the PO delivery date (such as scheduling,Pull in/Push out); 4、產品出現品質問題或其他原因, 需處理退貨與補貨問題； If there are quality issues with the product or other reasons, the issue of returns and replenishments needs to be handled. 5、對工作問題要即時反應處理。 Work issues should be responded to and handled promptly. 6、願意接受海外出差。 Willing to accept overseas business trips.

1.提供企業初次上市櫃(IPO)之股權與資本形成規劃、制度規劃、上市櫃相關法令查核評估、送件書件準備及上市櫃申請作業。 2.協助上市櫃公司國內外籌資(SPO)之募資方案評估、時程規劃、相關輔導評估、送件書件準備與申請作業、公開承銷規劃。 3.合併收購等財顧案件之規劃執行。 4.與主管機關進行案件溝通與協調。 5.主管交辦專案任務。

1.負責沖壓機臺操作與架模 2.執行日常模具維護保養 3.解決模具異常狀況 4.參與新模組立及試模調整送樣等任務 5.負責保持工作場所的清潔和安全。

呼吸照護病房之看護人員之工作

1.負責運送貨物、現場幫忙作業等相關事務 2.需會手排車
