Roles and Responsibilities  Manage the finance team by streamlining and enhancing the operational effectiveness and efficiency.  Manage Company secretarial documents.  Responsible for the financial planning, management reporting and financial performance analyses, budget, forecast, cash flow management, credit control, tax planning and reporting.  Review and develop the internal control procedures and policies.  Provide professional financial advice to Managing Director, Asia Pacific and India regional management and Board of Directors.  Manage and communicate with external auditors, tax consultants, legal advisers and banks.  Perform ad hoc assignments when needed. Education and Experience Requirements  Degree holder in Accounting or Finance.  Over 5 years working experiences in freight forwarding industries and 3 years managerial experience.  Sound knowledge with accounting standards, legal, tax and compliance requirements in Taiwan.
