IFRS 財務報表編製 能獨立編製月報、季報、年報。 依 IFRS 進行會計判斷（IFRS 15、IFRS 16、分期收款、借銷/寄銷等議題）。 協助主管完成合併報表、會計議題分析與查核資料準備。 3. 財務比率與經營指標追蹤 每月定期整理、監控財務與營運比率 協助主管編制董事會資料/財務 KPI 追蹤表。 4. 公開資訊觀測站公告 負責例行公告：月營收、財務報告。 依主管機關規定時程與格式完成申報。 5. 流程管理 建置與優化會計流程、報支制度、存貨/借銷/寄銷帳務 SOP。 提升團隊的會計能力與結帳效率。 6. 內控與稅務基本作業 配合主管推動內控制度與流程改善。 協助營所稅、營業稅、扣繳等例行稅務申報。 配合會計師查核、提供必要財務資料。 【需要具備的經驗或能力】 1.必要能力/經驗： 財會或會計相關科系畢業，5 年以上會計/審計經驗 具備 IFRS 財報編製能力，能獨立完成月報/季報 熟悉 ERP、Excel 及基本稅務申報 熟悉或願意學習公開資訊觀測站公告 2. 加分能力/經驗： 具四大會計師事務所經驗、上市櫃或 IPO 專案經驗 熟悉醫療器材、租賃、分期收款等會計模式 帶領團隊經驗 【人格特質】 對數字敏銳，主動發現問題並提出改善建議及具體作法 具備高度抗壓性，對於各項任務期限使命必達 優秀的溝通能力並具備團隊協作精神
