1. 定義次世代筆電的軟韌體架構（包含 BIOS/UEFI、EC、OS 驅動程式、專屬軟體與 AI 應用平台）。 與電子（EE）和機構（ME）團隊協同進行軟硬體協調設計（Co-design），優化系統功耗、動態電源分配（Power Management）與散熱演算法。 2. 與OS 廠（Microsoft/ x86 driver）及晶片大廠（Intel/AMD/Qualcomm 等）技術對接，搶先導入最新平台技術並參與早期測試（Alpha/Beta Program）。 3. Embedded/Linux(有限度的功能先顧)

- 經理級 1. 架構與評審：負責關鍵 AI 演算法架構設計、資料管線 (Data Pipeline) 規劃與 Code Review。 2. 選型與驗證：進行關鍵模型 (LLM/CNN等) 選型、演算法模型模擬評估與推論效能 (Throughput/Latency) 實測驗證。 3. 前瞻技術導入：連結上游開源社群、AI 晶片廠 (如 NVIDIA) 與新型算法供應商，導入前瞻 AI 技術與框架。 4. 客製化開發：與 AI 晶片或雲端服務商共同開發客製化模型或加速算子，確保創新演算法具備量產與落地可行性。 5. 產品化推動：管理 AI 模型佈署 (MLOps) 流程，推動實驗室 Demo 樣品走向初期產品化與邊緣端/雲端落地。 - 副理級 1. 架構：負責邊緣端 AI 演算法與推論軟體的代碼編寫，主導核心資料管線開發並進行 Code Review。 2. 模型優化：執行關鍵模型與推論引擎的工程實測，落實模型壓縮（量化 Quantization / 剪枝 Pruning）與 Edge 裝置端實際效能驗證。 3. 技術驗證：針對上游晶片廠或開源社群的前瞻輕量化模型，進行概念驗證（PoC）與邊緣端技術移植。 4. 軟韌整合：落實邊緣端 MLOps 與軟韌體整合工作，主導 Demo 樣品到初期產品化的程式碼重構與現場除錯（Debug）。

SMT (PCBA) 1. NPI project development, feasibility analysis and evaluation (layout, capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc) 2. Set up and optimize SMT lines for NPI and mass production 3. SOP standard document creation & production line staff training 4. New Product Introduction (NPI) : support to define NPI process and flow chart and keep tracking NPI progress to make sure NPI runs smoothly 5. New process and cutting-edge technology study (e.g. DLC (Liquid cooling for B300, AI Server process etc.) 6. Define and implement standard procedure to achieve production quality and efficiency 7. Leading the analysis, verification, and resolution the line issue troubleshooting 8. Assist the production department and quality department in improving the yield rate. 9. Validation and implementation of ECN/ECR Firmware and Hardware changes 10. Improvement of factory production processes, efficiency enhancement, and cost savings. 11. 1. 負責創新筆電專案的時程規劃、資源配置與風險控管，確保專案從概念驗證（POC）順利推進 主持跨部門技術會議，協調機構（ME）、電子（EE）、軟韌體（SW/FW）及工業設計（ID）團隊，解決軟硬體協調設計（Co-design）中的技術衝突。 2. 界定創新技術的量產可行性風險（DFM/DFX），建立技術成熟度評估機制，並針對技術瓶頸（如功耗超標、結構強度不足）制定備案（Backup plan）。 3. 在高模糊度的研發初期，精準收斂產品規格（PRD），並在研發過程中嚴格控管規格變更（Design Change），平衡創新性、成本與時程。 4. 定期向公司高層匯報研發進度、技術突破與專案投資報酬率，作為決策支持。

SMT (PCBA) 1. SMT line set up and bring up on time in order to fulfill milestone schedule. 2. Ensure all SMT related equipments (Fuji/ASM/Reflow/Router/WS/Pressfit...etc) operates as expected, monitor equipment performance, and achieve MFG OEE 3. Assist new equipment and automation to be introduced into production. 4. Preventive maintenance and overhaul, formulate and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and downtime. 5. Equipment upgrades and modifications, evaluate equipment performance 6. Team management, work shifts, and ensuring resources to support production goals 7. Prepare and manage equipment maintenance and repair budgets 8. Analyze maintenance and repair costs to save costs and improve efficiency 9. Safety and compliance, ensure that equipment operation and maintenance comply with safety standards and specifications to prevent accidents. 10. Trouble Shooting Repair Engineer (Electrical Testing and Analysis Engineer) 〝1. Defective PCBA analysis & repair 2. Analyze and repair defective products encountered during the testing process. 3. Timely feedback on concentrated defects and abnormal situations encountered during repairs, and the corresponding FA/CA Report can be provided. 4. Assist PE/RD in analyzing production line defects and improving the yield rate of production 5. •Quality System Operation and Maintenance: Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system. •Product Inspection and Standard Formulation: Formulate detailed and compliant product acceptance criteria by reviewing design specifications, and establish perfect inspection standards and processes for raw materials, semi finished products and finished products. •Quality Problem Analysis and Handling: Take the lead in analyzing various quality abnormalities and defects in the production process.
