    • Planning Manager

      1. Organization Scope Directly lead Master Planning, Factory Planning, Production Planning & Scheduling, and Logistics coordination (matrix/partial); own end-to-end planning from demand to production execution. 2. Demand Translation & Planning Ownership Translate forecasts and orders into executable plans; own S&OP and MPS; align demand with capacity and material constraints; establish a single planning baseline. 3. Capacity & Production Planning Manage capacity and bottlenecks (e.g., SMT, testing, repair, assembly); drive mitigation (overtime, outsourcing, expansion); develop executable weekly/daily plans optimizing line loading, sequencing, and utilization. 4. Material & Delivery Commitment Ensure material readiness with Procurement; identify and escalate risks; own delivery commitments; monitor plan vs. actual and drive corrective actions. 5. Factory Utilization & Systems Governance Maintain optimal utilization (＞85–90％); balance efficiency and flexibility; manage planning systems (MRP/ERP/APS); ensure accuracy of key parameters (BOM, lead time, routing, capacity). 6. Cross-Functional Coordination & Decision Support Act as central interface across SCM, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Program Management; drive alignment and resolve conflicts; provide data-driven scenario analysis to support decision-making and proactive planning.
