[Job Responsibilities] • Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection(MEPF) design and packaging to meet the client and code requirements • Prepare MEPF specifications, schedules, drawings and any other contract documents through the project stages. • Manage the MEPF design delivery of projects from concept to the very end results. • Attend progress, design and co-ordinate meetings. • Input to pre-qualification and selection of contractors, respond to tender queries, comment and review tender returns. • Use engineering and design computer software to complete assigned work (i.e. Autodesk Revit MEP & AutoCAD) • Obtain the necessary information both internally and externally from Architects, s and relevant Design Consultants for the design to proceed. • Liaise with clients, professional organizations, contractors, suppliers, sub-contractors and other designer • Identify and effectively meet the requirements and expectations of clients’ ensuring the timely receipt of information • Monitor and control scope of work progress and issues. • Solving technical problems that might arise on site between engineering and construction • Experience in submitting MEPF documents for permit • Refer major problems to the Project Director, Project Manager or General Manager. • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. [Preferred Skills and Abilities] • 2 year experience or above in MEP construction works. • Background in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineering or relevant experience • MEPF Quality Assurance certification is a plus **Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.**
