Role Summary/Purpose: Perform Non Destructive special processes on the CF6 and GEnx family of engines. Essential Responsibilities: Production Means – NDT - Perform the NDT inspection of engine component parts to identify discontinuities for further evaluation in accordance with the repair and overhaul manual specifications. - Have the skills and knowledge to set up and standardize equipment, process parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection, and document results in accordance with approved work instructions. - Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the technique/method. - Have the skills and knowledge to conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard. - Be capable of providing the necessary guidance and/or supervision to trainees and Level 1 NDT inspector. - Be familiar with the codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the method as used by the employer. - Be capable of developing work instructions from approved general procedures. Such work instructions shall require final approval by a Level 3 certified in the method. - Have a basic knowledge of relevant product manufacturing and inspection technology. - Have a basic knowledge of aircraft or vehicle maintenance. - Under the instruction of Level 3 NDT Inspector, to be qualified to conduct training for Level 1 NDT Inspector and trainees, and monitor NDT operations of Level 1 NDT Inspector. - Ensure thorough familiarity with the scope and limitations of the techniques/methods being applied within one‘s current qualification applicable to one or all of the following NDT disciplines: FPI, MPI, Eddy Current, and/or Ultrasonic. Qualifications/Requirements: - NAS 410 or EN4179 Level II certification in FPI required. - NAS 410 or EN4179 Level II certification in MPI, Eddy Current and Ultrasonic would be preferred. - Airframe and Power Plant certificates issued by CAA is preferred. - Adapted mechanical, technical, and interpersonal skills. - May perform 〝On Call〝 duty on a rotational basis. - Willingness to work night shifts, either permanently or rotationally. - Regularly use hands and arms. - Occasionally sit, stand, and walk. - Regularly lift/move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds. - Have close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. - Work with unique chemicals and wear recommended PPE. Ps. 1. 此為外商合約制工作(Contractor) ，後依照專案需求及個人績效評估安排調薪/續聘，或是轉為正式員工 2. 工作地點 : 桃園大園/觀音 3. 具有非破壞檢驗NDT Lv2 以上證照，檢驗過飛機引擎經驗或是維修過飛機引擎 4. 外國人一同共事，直接report 給國外主管，工作場域為中文溝通為主，但希望能懂英文專業術語 (偏好英文CV，但中文可接受) 5. 須能夠接受周一至周六輪班，並有輪值津貼，非固定周休2日 6. 薪資可談 7. 有機會到國外參加受訓課程美國/新加坡/馬來西亞 8. 台北桃園有交通/免費供餐
