What will you do? • Monitoring and Coordination: Oversee and coordinate supply chain operations for fulfillment center Inbound and Outbound Job. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze FC processing data to provide visibility for decision-making and prepare reports for management • Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including FC leads, Last-mile teams, Vendor flex sites and other internal teams. • Emergency Handling: Manage exceptions and escalations to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications: • Any Graduate preferably Engineering/Operation research background. MBA is plus. we warmly welcome recent graduates to apply for this position • Fluent in English and Mandarin. • Advance excel, SQL, Python, Power BI is a plus.
