      職責要求 1. Receive policies and goals to carry out the process of developing a strategic plan at the organizational unit responsible. 2. Supervise and oversee work, distribute targets, establish indicators and assign main responsible persons, as well as communicate the goals of the department to superiors and monitor progress. 3. Verify the actual production output against the established production plan and adjust the plan as needed to meet urgent production demands. 4. Control the production process, resource utilization, audit production, and employee work. 5. Ensure production processes are controlled to meet quality standard. 6. Continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time while maintain safety, quality and cost. 7. Analyze root cause and lead production team for problem solving to prevent recurrence. 8. Provide training and coaching team to improve their competency level. 任職資格 Qualifications 1. Educational Background Bachelors in Industrial manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering fields. 2. 5+ Years of experience in production or manufacturing process (sheet metal part, welding, assembly line, machine set up will be an advantage). 3. General knowledge in LEAN manufacturing, ERP system, ISO9001 and EHS (Environment, Health and Safety). 4. Familiar with MS Office, Advance level of Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table), 2D/3D CAD software and Presentation software. 1. Good command of written or spoken in English (TOEIC score ＞ 500 or Intermediate level) 2. Strong sense of responsibility, Good interpersonal with Leadership skill, Team Management, Problem 3. Solving and ability to work under pressure.
