    • Operation Manager 營運經理

      The Operation Manager will oversee the daily manufacturing operations, production planning, and continuous improvement initiatives of the PCBA production lines. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving OTD (On-Time Delivery), enhancing shop floor efficiency, and managing cross-functional resources to achieve company output and revenue goals. 【Key Responsibilities】 1. Production Oversight: Manage daily operations of PCBA manufacturing (SMT, DIP, Assembly, and Packaging) to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met. 2. Capacity & Planning Management: Coordinate with Production Planning and Capacity Forecasting teams to optimize labor, machine utilization, and line balancing. 3. Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve manufacturing yield. 4. Resource Management: Manage factory budget, operational costs (OPEX), and workforce allocation (including shift schedules and overtime management). 5. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Quality, Engineering (CIM/MES/Process), and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth NPI to mass production transition.
