      職責要求 1. System Design and Architecture: Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems that meet the needs of our applications. 2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in software development. 3. Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness of applications. 4. Integration: Develop and maintain APIs and integration points with other systems and services. 5. Security: Ensure the security of backend systems, implementing best practices for data protection and access control. 6. Code Quality: Oversee code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration. 7. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for backend systems and architecture. 8. Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. 任職資格 Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 7+ years of experience in backend development with at least 3 years in a senior or architect role. Technical Skills: -Proficiency in programming languages such as Go , Python, Ruby, Node.js, or Java. -Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). -Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). -Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills: -Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
