Through this critical role, you will in-depth contribute to the enhancement of work process and resource planning of our frontline sales team. You can impactfully drive change by providing insights through studies, initiating work process changes, handling large scale projects, and participating in strategic decision meetings. You will obtain experience and contribute through a broad perspective from high level planning to front-line execution. This role will play an important part in our pursuit to continuously drive sales operation efficiency. 【Responsibilities】 1. Understand the work processes of various sales functions, including frontline and back office. 2. Track sales rep performance metrics, analyze data to provide insights. 3. Identify key issues and opportunities of Sales Operation, initiate action plans and follow through. 4. Cross functional communication for strategy implementation. 5. Support or take lead in sales force efficiency projects to enhance company productivity and profit. 【Professional skills and abilities required】ￚ Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills, Power BI is a plus ￚ Cross function communication and integration skills ￚ Able to work both independently and as a team in agile environment ￚ A self-starter, detailed oriented, result-driven, and sensitive to numbers ￚ Adaptability to change, growth mindset 【Related job experience requirement】ￚ College graduate or above, prefer degree in Business Administration/ International Business/ Economics/ Statistics or relevant ￚ 1-2 years working/intern experience in data analysis/process improvement/sales operation related fields is a plus ￚ Mandarin - Proficient ￚ English - Fluent in Reading & Writing (TOEIC 750 or above, or equivalent certification) ￚ Taiwanese is a plus ￚ Familiar with FMCG industry
