      【職務說明 Job Overview】 我們正在尋找具備高度動機、分析能力與建設性思維的夥伴，加入台灣 Safety Operations 團隊。此角色將透過跨部門協作、產品上線支援與資料分析，協助提升平台整體安全性，並推動市場的安全成長。 We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an analytical and constructive mindset to join the Taiwan Safety Operations team. As an Operations Specialist, you will support local safety product launches, conduct data analysis for safety-related incidents, and collaborate with various cross-functional teams to enhance platform safety. An ideal candidate has a background in data analysis and strong interest in risk and compliance operations. 【工作內容 Key Responsibilities】 1. 產品上線支援（約 50％） / Product Launch Support (50％) - 與跨部門團隊合作，推動在地安全產品上線、流程規劃及專案執行。 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the launch of in-country safety products. - 進行上線後成效追蹤，包含 KPI 監控與持續改善建議。 Conduct post-launch KPI tracking and performance monitoring. 2. 資料分析與洞察（約 50％） / Insight Gathering & Data Analysis (50％) - 對安全事件進行資料蒐集、清理與分析，找出潛在風險因素。 Support data analysis on risk factors contributing to safety incidents. - 提出資料驅動的見解，協助優化流程與安全政策。 Provide insights to guide improvements in safety processes and policies. 3. 教育訓練與營運支援（Ad-hoc） / Education & Operational Support (Ad-hoc) - 與外部代理商或合作夥伴協作，確保實體工作坊順利執行。 Work closely with external agencies and collaborators to execute in-person workshops. - 持續改善線上課程內容品質與使用者體驗。 Support continuous improvement of online course content. 【基本要求 Requirements】 ◾具備強大的邏輯思考能力與資料分析能力。 Strong analytical skills. ◾基本 SQL 使用能力（可協助進行資料提取與進階分析）。 Basic SQL knowledge is a must. ◾中文聽說讀寫流利，並具備工作層級英文能力（能與國際團隊溝通）。 Fluency in Mandarin and working-level English are required. ◾對安全營運、風險管理或合規相關領域具高度興趣。 Interest in safety operations, risk analysis, or compliance-related work. 【加分項目 Nice-to-have】 ◾有資料分析、營運、顧客服務或跨部門專案協作經驗。 Experience in data analysis, operations, customer support, or cross-functional projects. ◾具備與外部廠商、代理商合作的溝通協作能力。 Experience collaborating with external partners or agencies. ◾對流程優化、風險控管或安全政策有基礎了解或實務背景者佳。 Familiarity with process improvement, risk management, or safety policies is a plus. 【上班時間 Working Hours】 ● 週⼀⾄週五 10:00-19:00 Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ● 彈性WFH居家工作時間 Flexible WFH arrangement 【薪資待遇 Salary & Compensation】 ● 月薪 NTD 42,000~50,000 (依過往經驗核薪) Monthly salary: NTD 42,000–50,000 (based on previous experience) ● 辦公室提供早餐午餐、無限量果汁、咖啡、精緻盒裝水果 Complimentary breakfast and lunch.
