The PM Lead translates EGM BU strategy into an integrated portfolio across Intel, AMD, FPGA, Gaming I/O, and EMS product lines, leading PDM, PJM, and PPC roles to convert market and customer needs into roadmaps and executable development plans. Establish clear portfolio governance, priorities, and decision cadence so product lines share resources effectively, avoid duplicated investment, and align strategy, execution, and business goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Integrate the EGM portfolio, platform strategy, and mid- to long-term roadmaps based on BU strategy, target markets, and business direction. 2. Coordinate Intel, AMD, FPGA, Gaming I/O, and EMS product lines, setting product priorities, resource allocation, and development cadence. 3. Lead PDM, PJM, and PPC teams by defining responsibilities, objectives, operating methods, and talent-development plans. 4. Lead market, competitor, technology-platform, and application-trend analysis to shape product definitions, business models, and investment recommendations. 5. Consolidate key-account and global-customer needs and align priorities and product commitments with sales, regional teams, and technical functions. 6. Establish NPDP/NPI governance and regularly review development milestones, major risks, resource conflicts, and key decisions. 7. Coordinate EE, ME, SE, BIOS, FW, SW, DQV, PMC, manufacturing, and supply-chain teams to drive cross-functional decisions and issue resolution. 8. Manage the full product lifecycle, including launches, version planning, cost and margin improvement, component risks, and EOL decisions. 9. Review portfolio business and project performance and provide the BU Head and management team with strategy, resource, and risk recommendations. 10. Build succession and capability-development mechanisms for the PM organization, developing a PPC → PJM → PDM talent pipeline.

The PPC is a key project-coordination role that supports PDMs and PJMs in driving product development. The role connects engineering, manufacturing, and supply-chain teams to ensure schedules, samples, BOMs, documents, and action items are executed smoothly. This role is ideal for professionals who want to begin in hardware project coordination and progressively develop into Project Manager and Product Manager roles. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support PMs/PJMs in maintaining development schedules, milestones, and action items, and follow up on execution progress. 2. Coordinate sample requirements, material readiness, pilot builds, and NPI progress to meet development milestones. 3. Maintain and track BOMs, part numbers, ECR/ECN changes, and related product data accuracy. 4. Support the NPDP process and organize, update, and archive project documents across development stages. 5. Coordinate across PM, EE, ME, SE, BIOS, FW, SW, DQV, PMC, manufacturing, and supply-chain teams. 6. Arrange cross-functional meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track owners, due dates, and open issues. 7. Help identify schedule, material, quality, and coordination risks and escalate them to the PM/PJM in a timely manner. 8. Assist PMs with project closure, document-completeness checks, and lessons-learned consolidation. 9. Support Intel, AMD, FPGA, and Gaming I/O product-line projects based on organizational priorities.
