負責CNC加工機及其他現場加工機操作。

1.協助工地現場巡檢，記錄施工進度、拍照、現場狀況，並即時回報異常事項。 2.辦理工程相關申請作業，包括各類表單填寫、送審文件及資料彙整。 3.協助辦理工地人員教育訓練、職安課程及相關證照申請與管理。 4.協助召開工程會議，整理會議紀錄，並追蹤各項決議事項執行情形。 5.彙整工程進度、施工照片及相關資料，定期向主管回報。 6.協助工程文件、合約、圖面及各項資料建檔、整理與歸檔。 7.協助工地與業主、協力廠商及內部各單位之間的行政聯繫與溝通。 8.處理日常文書作業，熟悉 Word、Excel 等 Office 軟體操作。 9.完成主管交辦事項，支援工程專案行政及工務相關作業。 具 營造業丙種勞工安全衛生業務主管 或 丙種職業安全衛生業務主管 證照佳。 細心負責，具良好溝通協調能力。 能配合至工地現場巡查及工程進度追蹤。 具工務助理、工程行政或營建相關工作經驗者佳。 具備汽車或機車駕照，有小貨車經驗尤佳

1.Lead the end-to-end design of new panel fasteners, ejectors, latches, and smart handles based on customer input — from concept through prototyping, validation, and final product release. 2.Visit customer design engineers to gather first-hand design requirements. 3.Create concept designs and prototypes with support from manufacturing engineers. 4.Conduct performance testing and validation with support from lab engineers. 5.Finalize designs, create PEM customer drawings, manufacturing drawings for sub-components, and define catalog specifications. 6.Improve existing products to enhance functionality and manufacturability. 7.Collaborate with engineering teams to drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback and market needs.

1.Support the entire development process from NPD engineer design inputs through to mass production. 2.Understand NPD design concepts from sub-components to assembled products. 3.Collaborate closely with sourcing teams and vendors to assess capabilities and develop sub-components. 4.Work with NPD engineers and vendors to complete Design for Manufacturability (DFM) for each OS-made component. 5.Design assembly fixtures from prototype to mass production stages. 6.Develop and document assembly Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to optimize manufacturability.

Job Description • Market study support: work with sales/NPD team to conduct market research to identify technical trends, product differentiators, customer pain points; define competition status and target customers • Go-to-market strategy: Align value proposition and develop NPD marketing collateral, including but not limited to tech sheet, catalog, product animation, sample board, training materials, etc. Partner with sales & engineer team to conduct training for distributors • New product communication: launch new products online/offline to enhance awareness and promotion efficiency. Translate the product USP to marketing language to target both technical and non-technical audience. Coordinate internal and external resources for maximum results. • Analytics and optimization: track launch performance, e.g., new opportunities & conversion rates to refine strategies. Keep connection with sales, engineers and NPD team to continuously improve NPD effectiveness by collecting feedback, produce case studies, addressing challenges, and creating FAQ list. • Social media: develop content strategies, create posts, interact with followers; launch online campaign for branding and product promotion, generate leads and standardize reporting. • Search engine: oversee Baidu related operations, formulate and implement SEO/SEM strategy to enhance brand influence in the market, adjust strategies based on performance metrics to drive traffic and increase online visibility. • Manage sales support, e.g., corporate gift plan, and other ad hoc supporting tasks. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or above. Fluency in English is a must. • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial/component industry, e.g., connectors, semiconductor, mechanical, with a solid understanding of industry trends and market dynamics. E-commerce experience is a plus. • Proficient in copywriting, strong social media management skills, including experience with content scheduling tools and analytics platforms. • Skills in graphic design, photography, or video editing are highly desirable, as the ability to produce visual content will enhance the overall quality of marketing materials. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
