Tasks: - IT: Maintain an overview about all notebooks/desktops/IT Devices (purchase, configuration, condition and an eventual replacement). - IT: Set-up note-book/desk-top for new employees (new accounts), including SUSS Outlook (email system). Terminate accounts when employee leaves. - IT: Familiarity with windows server and infrastructure services. - IT: Familiarity with Cisco and Palto device maintenance and support. - IT: Familiarity with CAD software architecture to support daily R&D work. Solidworks and Zuken E3 - IT: Communicate and work with HQ’s IT for SUSS Domain Server issues and project. - IT: Global project support.

Scanner field issues technical support mainly in Taiwan, but could also support Global customer. (Therefore, English skill is important) 2. In depth knowledge in Scanner and able to provide instruction and draft for SOP. 3. Good communication skill which needs regular bridge to field (CSE or customer) and factory (Eng. Q Dept and manufacturing Dept.) people. Requirements: 1. Candidate will be required a long period of training to build up tool technical knowledge while new on this position. Therefore, training venue could be conducted in factory floor or customer sites or training center. 2. Candidate will be required to provide support to customer (worldwide), CSE and service managers for difficult field issue troubleshooting. 3. At special case which required in depth level of field support, candidate might be required to support together with CSE at customer site.
