1.協助主廚製作、排定工作作業程序。 2.計算各種原料配方之用量及設定適當攪拌溫度。 3.稱量原料以機械混合或攪拌成糰(糊)。 4.執行發酵、壓延、分割、整形、包餡、烤焙等工作。 5.控制發酵箱溫度、濕度，檢查發酵程度。 6.工作環境的清潔。 『上班時段：07:00後，每日工作時數：4-8小時，每週排班3-5天』 其他說明： 新進報到當日需繳交餐飲業近3個月內(含供膳項目)體檢合格證明。

About Us Pingtung Christian Bethany Home was founded in 1963 by Norwegian missionary Rev. Arnulf Konradjul Solvoll, who answered God‘s calling to serve children with disabilities in a remote village in Pingtung County that had neither electricity nor running water. Despite limited resources, he devoted his life to caring for children affected by poliomyelitis, providing education, vocational training, hope and dignity to those often neglected by society. Today, PCBH has grown into one of southern Taiwan‘s leading residential disability care organisations. We currently provide long-term care and support for 136 residents, including: 26 abandoned children 38 orphans Adults with intellectual and multiple disabilities Our residents range in age from 9 to 50 years old.
