職稱: 國際售後服務部 — 培訓工程師 Job Description: Global Field Service Trainee I. Job Title Global Field Service Trainee (Global Field Service Department) II. Core Mission Scope Overseas Field Service (Post-Training): Upon completion of internal training, travel to international sites (e.g., China, Europe, India, South Korea, Singapore) for product maintenance, precision calibration, and troubleshooting. Technical Training & System Support: Assist in technical training for overseas customers and distributors; support the establishment of local service networks. Remote Diagnostics & Support: Provide remote technical assistance via digital communication tools to help international clients with initial problem identification. R&D Optimization Feedback: Consolidate field data and observations to provide the R&D department with practical evidence for product improvements. In-house Technical Mastery: Learn the core mechanics and assembly of NC rotary tables through hands-on practice within the factory and support domestic service tasks. III. Essential Qualifications Technical Potential (Preferred): Background in precision mechanical maintenance or electrical control is preferred but not required. A strong interest in CNC machine structures, hydraulic systems, or circuit diagrams. Any experience with CNC controllers (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, etc.) is a significant plus. Language & Communication Proficiency: Fluent in English with the ability to conduct technical/business discussions with international partners. Requirement: TOEIC 650+ or equivalent practical proficiency. Candidates without relevant English certification will be required to undergo an oral and written examination during the interview. Strong logical thinking with the ability to learn how to write professional English Service Reports. Experience: No prior experience required; however, a background in relevant engineering fields is advantageous. IV. 1.台達、三菱PLC， 2.台達、三菱、Proface人機介面， 3.伺服之應用控制 4.自動化電控PLC軟體、人機介面撰寫 5.電控線路規劃、配合客戶之功能試車 6.熟AUTO CAD 7.需有3年以上實務經驗 8.主管交辦事項

1. 電路設計與規劃，包含控制系統電路圖繪製與負載計算。 2. 進行設備配線施工，確保系統接線準確無誤並依規定完成布線。 3. 協助進行測試與試車調整，確保運作穩定。 4. 撰寫、下載及修改PLC程式，執行功能測試與系統控制調整。 5. 熟悉使用Auto CAD繪製工程圖，協助控制設備設計文件製作。 6. 進行現場故障排除與系統維護，確保設備長期穩定運行。 7. 提供技術支援並處理客戶需求，參與自動化工程專案評估。 8. 負責技術手冊及相關技術文檔編製，保證技術資料完整清楚。

1.相關塑膠材料研發、測試及製程改善與應用工作。 2.相關塑膠材料研究、分析及技術開發。 3.紀錄試驗過程，將分析結果做配方調配。 4.完成主管交辦的各項事務。 5.需相關科系(化學化工)，具色染經驗尤佳。
