In this position, what you will be doing: 1. PVD system (Sputter, Evaporator) maintenance - Equipment Preventive/Predict maintenance and troubleshooting. 2. Coordinator and accomplish project - developing (investment and maintenance) budgets and ensuring investments and technical projects toward established goals. Evaluating, selecting and ordering appropriate equipment for the productions. 3. System performance monitoring and continuous improvement - analyzing equipment performance and reliability to increase equipment uptime or resolve production issues if necessary. Monitors functional-specific trends and derive recommendations for improvements, analyzing equipment performance and reliability to increase equipment uptime or resolve production issues if necessary. 4. Training - Providing technical support and training to maintenance staff (e.g., with preventative maintenance programs).
