As a Quality Assurance Engineer (Customer) in our team, you will: • Plan and implement the Abnormal Handling (ABS/PAR/IEAR/BPD) system, assisting the FAB reviewing process abnormalities establishing an early warning notification system, with the aim of reducing quality loss and cost for the company and customers, and supervising the effectiveness of system execution. • Plan and implement the MRB (Material Review Board), assisting the FAB reviewing waived products resulting from process abnormalities, in order to reduce quality loss and cost for the company and customers, and supervising the effectiveness of the system. • Plan and implement internal audits, assisting the FAB in identifying processes and systems with quality risks, and supervising the effectiveness of improvements to risk processes. Plan and implement the MSA (Measurement System Analysis) system, assisting the FAB in performing calibration and capability assessment of measuring instruments to ensure the reliability of measurement values and thus ensure product quality. • Implement the automotive service package, assisting the FAB in planning executable methods and systems, and auditing and supervising the execution process for automotive products.

NC線切割加工機、放電加工機、工作母機、CO2板金雷射切割機、CNC沖孔機、CNC折床、CO2及UV雷射鑽孔機等設備安裝及售後保養維修服務及操作教育訓練。

1.Improve mask tape-out cycle time (tape-out → mask arrival at fab) and manage mask delivery. 2.Align daily with mask vendors and fabs on priority mask schedules and issue resolution. 3.Manage vendor mask delivery/cycle time performance via reviews/audits and continuous improvement actions. 4.Coordinate local/overseas vendors and logistics to ensure on-time shipment; handle escalations. 5.Consolidate fab/customer requirements and align them with service providers. 6.Maintain and continuously improve internal tape-out and delivery management systems/processes. 7.Enhance supply–demand visibility and reporting (vendor + fab data) and schedule control functions.
