The Production Control Specialist plays a critical role in connecting production, materials, planning, and systems to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for production planning, inventory control, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination to maintain production stability, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery. We are looking for a candidate who is analytical, detail-oriented, and communicative, with a strong willingness to learn new systems, adapt to change, and continuously improve processes. Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Management: Oversee and monitor inventory to maintain optimal stock levels, prevent shortages or excess inventory, and regularly review inventory accuracy while proactively investigating and resolving discrepancies. 2.
