1.RF無線通訊模組 & 天線整合應用。 2.RF無線通訊效能評估測試。 3.無線通訊技術研究。 4.無線通訊規格法規認證及性能調適優化。

(1)Responsible for automotive product development: part survey, schematics capture, layout checking, simulation, BOM generating, debugging and testing. (2)Responsible for automotive product development documents: DFMEA, PPAP…etc (3)Collaborate with layout engineers, validation engineers, software engineers, firmware engineers, power engineers and other teams to discover and solve any issues of designs in early stage to ensure and enhance the quality of the products. (4)Accomplish the products to conform to engineering specifications, customer performance expectations. Understand the vehicle certification/regulations/customer testing requirements. (5)Understand the factory production process and testing methods.

1.Role as system lead to lead function team 2.Leadership skills for driving cross functional groups, demonstrates problem solving capability and drive for results. 3.Good communication and presentation skills to customer.

1.Take the initiative to communicate with customers and develop a clear product design direction. 2.Lead function team to come out a practical proposal to the customer in concept and plan phase. 3.Responsible for integrating and managing server system specifications. 4.Support development team in new technology and feature definition and criteria. 5.Critical issue clarify and debug support.

- Server platform UEFI/BIOS coding, porting, debug, problem-solving and maintenance. - UEFI/BIOS Functions research and development - Provide Customer service on server platform UEFI/BIOS design field.

1. BIOS / BMC firmware test and OS compatibility test. 2. Test tool or test script development. 3. Issue report / analysis / debugging and feature behavior clarification. 4. Study technical documents to create test cases. 5. Cross-functional teamwork to speed up issue solving and clarification.

負責帶領測試工程師完成伺服器產品研發階段的軟硬體相容性測試、功能性測試及效能測試。主要負責工作內容如下： 1.伺服器作業系統功能測試，相容性測試，系統性能和網路測試 2.BIOS, BMC和硬體相容性測試及功能測試 3.學習新技術並創建對應的測試案例，建立測試計畫 4.對新人進行培訓 5.帶領測試團隊按時完成測試任務並保證伺服器產品品質 6.有效管理測試任務、資源規劃與分配 7.問題的管理與追蹤，跨團隊合作，加速問題的解決及澄清 8.匯總測試報告並追蹤測試進度 9.風險評估與管理 10.與原廠或客戶充分溝通，瞭解並滿足測試需求

1.負責電腦專案研發之作業系統與驅動程式相關問題分析 ( 功能異常、使用者行為定義、藍底白字畫面、黑畫面 )。 2.客戶需求與供應商驅動程式規格確認、專案時程規劃及驅動程式發佈控管、風險評估與進度確認。 3.驅動程式之系統相容性與可靠性相關問題分析及解決進度追蹤管理。 4.Microsoft和驅動程式相關產品文件與新功能學習。 5.公司內跨部門、客戶端及供應商之驅動程式相關事宜溝通協調。

伺服器新產品試做, 量產導入, 協調掌握產品全生命週期之管理 1. 計畫流程進度排定追蹤執行 2. 各產品開發階段人員作業串接，溝通協調 3. 召開各產品開發階段會議 4. 客戶需求與產品規劃討論 5. 產品試產相關安排協調 6. 生產規劃 & 費用評估 7. 治工具 & 設備申購管理 1.NPI build management to make NPI on-time & Yield rate meet goal, which include 4M review & run up tracking. 2.NRE & MVA quotation in NPI & MP Sustain 3.NPI build strategy setting. DFX and build issue review and track. 4.ODM/OEM customer contact to update NPI status, quotation to customer. (Main contact windows with BU & customer) 5.Mfg process development plan 6.Capacity planning of each product. 7.MFG or Production Line introduction to customer 8.NPI build management: (build readiness review; In Build; Post-build quality review/DFM review/issue RCCA) 9.MP Readiness review and Announcement

1. 聲學零組件設計開發 2. 產品聲學測試 3. 改善ME/HW/SW對產品的效能並提升聲音品質 4. 聲學相關新技術開發。

1.NB, AIO Speaker/MIC Design, planning, trouble shooting, Work with ME and supplier for the module design and performance evaluation. 2.System level acoustic tuning, testing and trouble shooting.( rattling issue experience is plus )

1.專案部門溝通協調、專案進度追蹤、試作安排。 2.Connector survey。 3.文件管理、申請料號、BOM表建立。 4.客戶試產出貨安排，備料與2nd source review。

1. Analyze forecasted demand to develop weekly planned independent requirements. 2. Work closely with procurement and production teams to ensure adequate fulfillment to support and meet customer’s demand target 3. Act as a liaison between customer and related operation teams to effectively communicate and resolve fulfillment & liabilities issues 4. Work with NPI team (RD/PM) for early material planning review and supply readiness 5. Excess inventory control management and close OBS package timely.
