Responsibilities Process Technician will actively support process development and other R&D work carried out by Lam Research team at Taiwan Technology Center (TTC). The work will be performed in TTC cleanroom and will involve operation of various process and metrology tools used for device manufacturing which may include processes such as sample preparation, plasma etch, wet clean, associated metrology and inspection. 1. As a Laboratory Service Engineer at Lam, you‘re a pivotal force in maintaining and upgrading equipment in our applications lab.
