Attend and coordinate quayside operations based on customer requirements. 前往港區或貨物裝卸現場 進行現場作業視查,協調與溝通 2. Assist with customs inspections of quayside cargo. 協助港區海關貨物查驗相關作業 3. Provide customers with updates on shipment status. 貨物追蹤與更新 4. Maintain record of quayside operation tasks. 港區現場作業紀錄維護與回報 5. Verification: Verifying the accuracy of cost invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. 4. Invoice Issue : Issue Invoice to customer according within agreed lead time and credit terms. 5. Collaboration and communication: Collaborating with internal depts. (operations dept., finance dept.) and communication with external parties (suppliers, vendors, customers) 6. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial policies, DA procedures, and relevant regulations. Daily operation of agency services and supporting activities: • Coordinate crew changes and ad hoc services throughout the country. • Assist for reporting to local authorities, terminals, and clients. Follow up and coordination of goods from receipt to delivery, and acting towards given KPI`s: • Performing logistics services in accordance with Logistics SOP and WI`s • Ensuring quality response time and cost efficiency in all tasks.
