【職責範圍｜Job Responsibilities】 · 進出貨與驗收作業： - 負責蒐集、計算貨物清單，並進行準確記錄與回報，確保進出貨數據的一致性。 - 負責商品配送給固定客戶時的裝卸貨物、物流貨物驗收、清點盤存作業，以及貨品的輸送與成品包裝。 · 倉儲管理與規劃： - 規劃並執行倉儲區域的區位劃分、儲位整理與移倉作業，優化倉儲空間利用率。 - 定期追蹤與核對庫存，確保庫存數量相符、標籤正確，並檢查有無包裝損壞。 · 安全與環境維護： - 維護倉儲空間，確保所有作業流程符合安全規範。 - 執行作業區的環境整理、清潔維護作業，保持倉儲環境的整潔與衛生。 【工作成果指標｜Key Deliverables】 · 庫存準確率： 定期盤點的庫存差異率需維持在極低水平（如 99％ 以上），確保帳物相符。 · 驗收準確性： 貨物進出庫的清點與記錄錯誤率趨近於零。 · 倉儲安全與整潔： 零工安事故發生；倉儲環境整理與清潔維護符合公司 5S 或衛生標準。 · 作業效率： 貨物裝卸、驗收與配送作業能準時完成，不延誤生產或出貨排程。 【條件要求｜Qualifications】 · 具備基礎識字、計算與文書處理能力，能準確核對並填寫單據。 · 具備高度的責任感、細心度，以及良好的執行力，能按表操課。 · 能負荷貨物裝卸、搬運及低溫倉儲環境下的作業需求。 【其他加分項目】 · 具備堆高機操作技術士證照。 · 具備ERP 或 WMS（倉庫管理系統）的基礎操作經驗。 · 具備水產、食品或冷凍倉儲行業的從業經驗。 · 具備汽車或機車駕照，以利配合貨物配送或緊急調度需求。
