【工作內容】 1. 專用生產設備開發與驗證 負責廠內客製化機台之機構設計與可行性評估。能獨立進行零組件選型，並參與實體機台的組立、精度調校與Run-off，確保設備順利投產。 2. 既有產線設備優化與改機 熟悉空壓、油壓、電熱系統及伺服馬達、滑軌等傳動模組。能依據產線實際需求，針對現有機台進行機構優化、降本增效或半自動化改造。 3. 工程圖面與 BOM 表標準化 熟練使用 AutoCAD (2D)，具備 SolidWorks (3D) 建模能力者佳。負責產出符合加工標準之工程圖（含公差標註）、建立 BOM 表，並協助建立設備維護相關技術文件。 4. 設備異常排除與真因分析 配合生產與開發主管，針對廠內設備之重大機構異常，進行真因分析與故障排除，並提出具體的工程防堵改善方案。
