1. System Implementation & Configuration: a) Deploy and configure MES solutions to meet manufacturing and process requirements. b) Ensure integration with ERP, PLC, and other factory systems. 2. Process Mapping & Digitization: a) Map production processes and translate them into digital workflows. b) Enable paperless production tracking and traceability. 3. Real-Time Monitoring & Data Collection: a) Ensure MES captures production data accurately (e.g., yield, downtime, WIP). b) Support dashboards and KPIs for operations visibility. 4. Support Production & Troubleshooting: a) Provide frontline support for MES issues on the production floor. b) Troubleshoot data, system, and interface errors. 5. System Maintenance & Upgrades: a) Perform regular system checks, updates, and backups. b) Coordinate MES software upgrades and patches. 6. User Training & Documentation: a) Train operators, engineers, and supervisors on MES functionality. b) Maintain clear documentation for MES processes and change control. 7. Compliance & Traceability: a) Ensure the MES supports traceability, quality checks, and regulatory compliance (especially important in automotive, medical, and aerospace sectors). 8. 1. Develop and execute ATE and FCT testing plans for LAN switch products 2. Simulate network protocols such as LLDP, PoE, STP for test coverage 3. Lead pre-compliance testing for RF/EMC 4. Perform thermal, conducted/radiated EMI, and reliability testing

1. Integrate firmware components for LAN switch products 2. Develop flashing tools, JTAG, and TPM key injection processes 3. Write automated test scripts using Python, Perl, or LabVIEW 4. Support integration with MES and Test Log APIs

1. Lead NPI and DFX reviews 2. Familiar with Cisco PLM systems (Agile, CMGR portal) 3. Manage SMT profile tuning, SPA/OA/X-ray interpretation 4. Conduct reliability tests, failure analysis, and generate 8D/5Whys reports

LAN switch products-Design and layout Ensure EMC design and signal integrity compliance

SMT (PCBA) + System/FATP 1. Automated equipment and fixture development (PLC, robot arm, programming...etc), feasibility analysis and evaluation (layout, capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc) 2. Automation line set up and bring up on time in order to fulfill milestone schedule. 3. Ensure all automation related equipments operates as expected, monitor equipment performance, and achieve MFG OEE 4. Assist new automated equipment to be introduced into production. 5. Prepare and manage automation equipment maintenance and repair budgets 9. Analyze maintenance and repair costs to save costs and improve efficiency 10. Safety and compliance, ensure that automation equipment operation and maintenance comply with safety standards and specifications to prevent accidents. 11.
