Responsibilities Process Technician will actively support process development and other R&D work carried out by Lam Research team at Taiwan Technology Center (TTC). The work will be performed in TTC cleanroom and will involve operation of various process and metrology tools used for device manufacturing which may include processes such as sample preparation, plasma etch, wet clean, associated metrology and inspection. 1. Supports Process Engineers in routine preparation for wafer tests, data collection and sample submissions 2. Operates etch, wet clean and metrology processing equipment with use of recipes defined by engineering team 3. Provides technical assistance to process development carried out by R&D team 4.
