The Business Program Manager (BPM) is responsible for leading and managing complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to successful completion. A key focus is translating program success into commercial results and meeting defined revenue goals. The BPM acts as a critical driver, coordinating Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales/Account teams while also serving as a key operational point of contact for strategic accounts. 1. Business Strategy and Program Governance Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the crucial interface between Product Management, Engineering, and Operations, translating market requirements and product specifications into actionable operational plans. Risk and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential technical, supply chain, or production risks, and lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute resolution plans. Executive Reporting and Presentation: Demonstrated proficiency in tailoring complex technical and operational updates into clear, concise, and high-impact reports and presentations for executive leadership. *Financial Acumen and Value Realization: Understand of business drivers including, total cost of ownership, and profit/loss implications.
