What you will be doing: -Defining, implementing and/or maintaining legal policies and guidelines for VISHAY organization or assigned entities. -Setting and maintaining the standard for business contracts, NDA, framework agreements, delivery and development agreements, from legal perspective. -Providing legal advice to board executives and/or management on matters with significant legal risk (e.g. M&A transactions, cooperation contracts, and others). -Ensuring or leading legal treatment of regulatory manners, third party disputes, litigation matters and legal processes (e.g. claims escalation management, court cases, government agency inquires, etc..). -Leading selection and/or monitoring performance of outside counsel services. -Overseeing planning and execution of legal IP training, for all relevant target groups **Please make sure to attach your most updated English CV along with your 1111 application**

In this position, what you will be doing: 1. PVD system (Sputter, Evaporator) maintenance - Equipment Preventive/Predict maintenance and troubleshooting. 2. Coordinator and accomplish project - developing (investment and maintenance) budgets and ensuring investments and technical projects toward established goals. Evaluating, selecting and ordering appropriate equipment for the productions. 3. System performance monitoring and continuous improvement - analyzing equipment performance and reliability to increase equipment uptime or resolve production issues if necessary. Monitors functional-specific trends and derive recommendations for improvements, analyzing equipment performance and reliability to increase equipment uptime or resolve production issues if necessary. 4. Training - Providing technical support and training to maintenance staff (e.g., with preventative maintenance programs). Providing local support and consultancy on dedicated subject matters or processes (e. g., as ‘System Owner‘, ‘Process Owner‘) 5. Develop and update SOPs for equipment operation, calibration, and preventive maintenance.

You will be responsible for maintaining and increasing equipment performance and throughput while supporting production plan and enhance EHS of the department. What you will be doing: • To maintain process stability(module IPQC and wafer yield) of Fab metal related modules such as sputtering, sintering and evaporation. • To initiate & execute on yield or quality improvement project and cost reduction project. • To work on productivity, trouble shooting and capacity expansion projects. • To support new production development such as new purchased machine installation & buyoff, recipe tuning, and new product mass production on yield improvement. • To work on CIP programs to meet commitments for automotive customers. • 負責晶圓廠metal module 相關製程（如濺鍍 Sputtering、燒結 Sintering、蒸鍍 Evaporation）之製程維護與監控，確保製程穩定性、製程IPQC品質及晶圓良率。 • 規劃並執行良率提升、品質改善及成本降低專案，及透過製程優化持續提升產品競爭力。 • 負責生產效率改善、異常問題分析與排除（Troubleshooting），以及產能擴充相關專案之執行與推動。 • 支援新產品與新製程導入，包括新設備安裝、驗收（Buy-off）、製程參數調校（Recipe Tuning）及量產品良率提升等相關工作。 • 推動持續改善計畫（Continuous Improvement Program, CIP），滿足車用電子產品客戶對品質、可靠度及製程能力之要求。

What you will be doing: - Work on the SiC Power MOSFET Planar/Trench product - Developing new products/DOE to meet design target. - To supports all the detailed reliability of FA analyses during new product development - To benchmark the device performance between our company and competitors. - Work with global SiC MOSFET team to plan and execute product development and related activities - To solve new product quality issue and meet automotive/industrial qualification.

You will be responsible for Photo process area and reporting which includes monthly maintenance cases analysis, equipment performance, continuous improvement, spending analysis. What you will be doing: -Maintain and troubleshoot CVD and diffusion furnaces. -Lead equipment improvement projects. -Manage new equipment installation and buy-off. -Develop and update SOPs for equipment operation, calibration, and preventive maintenance. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process, Production, and Vendors) to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement.
