As an Field Service Engineer at ASM, you’ll have the opportunities to get involved in a wider scope of work compared to our larger competitors. While the workload is challenging, you are given the independence and autonomy to perform at your peak. This work requires thinking “outside of the box” in an innovative manner, so you must have the ability to collaborate with others to deliver creative solutions, work well under pressure and pay great attention to small details. Responsibilities: • Maintain tool uptime and ensure excellent execution of installation and support of hardware issues. • Develop, maintain, and ensure the relevance of technical information used by internal and external stakeholders. • Understand and build long-term innovative global technology systems that enable enhanced customer relationships. • Ensure communication vehicles, e.g. telephone, email, and presentation, etc. are able to facilitate efficient and consistent customer follow-up. • Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through team, hardware, software, and support tool development. • Drive and manage new product installs and subsequent hardware development. • Projects manage new evaluations and ensure the success of the project. • Additional assigned tasks when necessary. • Business travel when necessary. • Provide end-users with training on equipment operation, best practices, and preventive maintenance to ensure proper and efficient use. • Adhere to safety guidelines and industry standards while working on-site, ensuring all activities are compliant with company and regulatory requirements. • Collect and communicate field data, customer feedback, and equipment performance insights to internal teams for continuous product and service improvement. 【資格要求】 (一)大學畢業，具護理師執照。 (二)臨床內外工作經驗二年以上。 (三)需具長照醫事人員專業課程訓練LEVEL 1 訓練證明。 (四)具備基本電腦文書處理能力word、excel、power point。 (五)具服務熱忱、態度積極正向，善於人際溝通與協調。 【工作職責】 (一)能執行出院準備工作，轉介機構個案之電訪與追蹤機構轉介回覆單回覆情形。 (二)訪視與執行出院準備服務個案複篩與收案。 (三)與病房護理人員、團隊成員、個案及家屬共同討論，擬定個案的照護計畫 ，並適時追蹤與修正。 (四) 修訂相關出院準備服務流程、表單與協助單位制定臨床路徑。 （五）協助單位控管 DRG 個案之住院日數。 (六)評估院內個案長照需求評估並銜接長照服務計畫。 (七)熟悉長照資源運用及轉介。 【性質類別】 工作性質:全職。 管理責任:不需負擔管理責任。 薪資:38010-49810元，護理進階津貼最高4500元。
