1. 統籌板金雷射切割、折床加工、焊接與組裝製程，制定月／週生產計畫、工單排程及產能配置 2. 熟悉光纖雷射切割機、CO₂雷射切割機、CNC折床及自動化上下料設備，負責設備稼動率、換線時間與加工良率管理 3. 運用AutoCAD、SolidWorks、CAD／CAM套料軟體進行板金展開、排版與加工路徑檢核，降低材料損耗及重工率
