1.確實執行全方位產品管理與良率提昇，以符合客戶產品需求，提高客戶滿意度 2.達成由 BU 展開之重點產品良率，D.D. 產品穩定度目標 3.建立量產產品故障分析方法 4.查明造成產品低良率的原因，並協同fab解決問題，提昇良率 5.建立產品管理機制(yield feedback, failure mechanism tracking, yield enhancement, yield stability improvement) 6.產品良率提昇，以降低客戶die cost，提高客戶滿意度 7.降低故障分析turn around time，提高客戶滿意度

1.負責 LVS deck 撰寫 2.Create LVS decks for unmatched cases 3.學習驗証工具新技能 4.負責 QA flow maintenance 以ensure LVS deck quality 5.負責deck guideline 維護 以確保品質 與 知識管理

1. 負責校內電腦設備與資訊硬體維護、教室資訊設備設定與基本網路管理（Router、Switch、WiFi）。 2. 協助教師與行政同仁排除資訊設備問題，維持校園資訊環境穩定運作。 3. 參與校務行政會議及支援招生活動。 4. 其他主管交辦事項。

1.確實推動全方位製程技術研發，以符合客戶產品需求，協助客戶產品開發 2.負責與客戶及FAB各單位之溝通協調，決定工程執行範圍並規劃工程實驗 3.材料分析及元件電性分析，蒐集製程技術相關文獻，並加以整理與報告 4.解決及分析製程及產品重大問題，推動產品量產進度 5.協助主管檢視計劃執行進度工作成果，指導新進工程，並回報工作狀況 6.依Project製程技術開發之工作目標與時程，規劃細部執行計劃

1.主被動光學元件，如調變器、檢測器、光波導、耦合器等之模擬與優化。 2.執行矽光子元件的量測，包括光學特性(如插入損耗、反射、頻寬等)與電性測試，並支援光電協同驗證相關量測。 3.分析量測數據，撰寫報告並提出設計優化建議。 4.協助製程團隊進行元件製作流程規劃，並針對製程結果進行設計修正。 5.使用相關軟體 (如Lumerical、COMSOL、Synopsys等)進行光學與電學模擬分析。

1. CNC加工機刀具更換及補正。 2. 協助產品試做、測試與量測、產品加工。 3. 熟悉程式基本編寫.

提供客戶工程解決方案，提升客戶工程服務滿意度 1.承接業務需求, 導入並完成客戶專案(包含新客戶或新產品) 2.配合業務發展,不定時結合內部開發成果,主動提供客戶技術需求及解決方案,確保客戶競爭力 3.整合內部資源,提供客戶產品開發所需之工程服務 4.協助客戶產品順利進入量產, 整合工程資源,持續提升產品良率 5.完成產品Tape out及Pilot相關事宜

Account coordinator 1. To perform tooling operation, in order to smoothly port in customer design db, and achieve the goal of first time pilot success. 2. Project coordination. To manage conf. call meetings and customer visits with professional skill, in order to enhance project success and customer confidence level. 5. To perform project management by documenting report, summary, meeting minutes, and allow management team to capture the project status easily. 6. 1.Spice model generation and verification for advanced and specialty technologies 2.Spice Model Parameter Extraction 3.Test key design 4.Internal and external customer support 5.Advanced modeling tools, extraction algorithms and model equation benchmarking

1.Monitor in-line process parameters, address abnormalities, and make disposition decisions on lots to ensure smooth production flow. 2.Assist in productivity and yield improvement projects through data analysis and process experiments. 3.Support the establishment and maintenance of key process parameters for semiconductor tools. 4.Evaluate new materials, tools, and methods to enhance manufacturing quality and efficiency.

• SIMS/TEM sample preparation, SIMS/FIB/TEM operations. • Material analysis (EDX and EELS analysis) • 6S and ESH maintenance • Equipment maintenance and new technology development.

1.Drive R&D and process integration for 2.5D and 3DIC packaging platforms. 2.Lead the development and qualification of new unit modules and device structures. 3.Establish and validate new process flows in Design Start Modules (DSM) to support custom product platforms. 4.Collaborate directly with customers on product requirements, verification testing, and technical solutions. 5.Apply structured methodologies such as FMEA, DOE, and control plans to optimize performance and mitigate risks.

Plan and implement the MSA (Measurement System Analysis) system, assisting the FAB in performing calibration and capability assessment of measuring instruments to ensure the reliability of measurement values and thus ensure product quality. • Implement the automotive service package, assisting the FAB in planning executable methods and systems, and auditing and supervising the execution process for automotive products.
