1.Act as a technique leader to initialize high level product architecture and features. 1. Accountable for financial planning and management of Server business group to help meet financial goals. Financial field including - spending/cost saving and control, budgetary planning, P&L projection, rolling forecast planning, production/equipment investment evaluation, NRE management, manufacturing cost review and KPI evaluation. 2. Lead financial controller team to highlight business/operation issues and provide suggestions for business growth and improvement. 3. 1. 參與專案開發過程(含NB、 PC BIOS程式開發、除錯、維護)，了解新機種規格。 2. 協助產線改善生產品質、良率及客訴問題。與客戶及EE共同合作了解、解決BIOS的問題。 3. 溝通、測試與Release BIOS for客戶需求。 4. 學習與熟悉UEFI BIOS架構。 5. 具強烈學習能力及工作意願，熟C語言及組合語言者佳。
