【Overview】 We seek a full-time Marine Sales Manager in Taiwan, New Taipei City. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new retail sales and cultivating and expanding relationships with Garmin specialty and/or technical dealers as well as being an alternate point of contact for many of our partners which includes but is not limited to existing marine accounts and installing dealer networks. 【部門說明】 本部門在提供生產產品所需之製程技術與材料的探索、評估、驗證、導入。 【工作內容】 1.針對現有雷射及光學相關製程的問題及參數進行改善與優化 2.進行新的雷射應用及光學產品相關製程及設備做搜尋、評估、導入的活動。 現有及評估中的雷射製程包括雷射塑膠熔接、各式雷射雕刻、ITO薄膜雷射蝕刻、雷射焊錫、雷射PCB/FPC分板等，光學相關的製程包括各式檢測及UV製程光源設計、光學鏡頭Active alignment製程等 3.了解雷射物理、光學、電子電路知識，並熟悉雷射相關製程應用、驗證與調機。 4.可以獨立進行光路架設與系統整合、雷射特性量測與驗證、雷射控制與驅動開發，協助設備故障排除與製程優化。 5.SOP文件撰寫與專案管理
