1. 網路設備安裝與維護：安裝、設定與維護路由器、交換器等設備。 2. 網路監控與故障排除：使用工具進行網路效能監控與問題診斷。 3. CCTV安裝與維護：安裝、設定與維護CCTV設備。 4. CCTV故障排除：CCTV異常時，確認原因及解決。 5. 內部溝通協調：與系統工程師、資安團隊合作。 6. 文件撰寫與報告：撰寫網路架構文件、維護紀錄與異常報告。 【加分項目】 1. 具備網路架構與防毒軟體管理經驗 2. 具備伺服主機管理經驗 3. 有Linux / Unix系統維護經驗 4. 具備CCNA、CCNP等證照者尤佳

1.建立設備聯網、系統介接、測試驗證等相關標準文件與SOP 2.配合新機台、新產線進行自動化系統導入及上線 3.建置智慧工廠後期AI、數據改善、預測維護及自動化相關應用 4.運用工廠知識庫建置專用AI問答系統

1.負責OSAT專案，樣品進度跟追與回報。 2.客戶端資訊掌握，與PD客戶端會議掌握專案開發進度。 3.專案問題掌握與製程協同處理問題（IPP與NCN處理，良率提升，客戶端封裝等……問題） 4.使專案順利於客戶端任跨成功，轉量產。

As a Customer Engineer, you’ll work in our state-of-the-art facility and at customer sites around the globe, where you are the face of Applied Materials and an integral part of a vibrant and diverse team. We train our Customer Engineers to create and support the technology that the world relies on to manufacture semiconductor chips and related materials, every day. You’ll work beside global customers to install, maintain and upgrade their Applied Materials equipment, delivering world-class support for multimillion-dollar production systems. ■ You will: • Assist senior engineers with installing leading-edge customer equipment, performing scheduled preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance, and upgrading equipment • Performs all standard service activities through Tier I unassisted. Performs standard Tier II with assistance. Able to perform routine preventative maintenance within established timeframes. Completes quality repairs. • Responds to fab issues by communicating with other engineers and participating in escalation conference calls. 負責客戶：佳世達 1.定期拜訪客戶，維繫既有客戶或建立新的客戶關係。 2.掌握客戶產品專案進度，適時進行產品推廣並提供客戶服務。 3.進行產品報價及產品展示，並處理帳款回收相關事宜。 4.管控客戶訂單以及產品庫存。 5.其他主管交辦事項。

負責電力、電控、消防系統的管理及維護與二次配等工作。

【協助處理客戶售後服務之相關事宜】 1. 負責公司產品出貨後的售後服務，客訴處理。 2. 客戶端與工廠端之溝通協調。 3. 品質之現場稽核進行準備。 4. 品質資訊之收集管理，8D報告資料收集管理。 5. 改善稽核、監控廠內產品品質。 6. 傳達客戶議題並整合相關部門進行追蹤解決方案。 7. 完整收集整合客戶端訊息，以提供廠內做為品質改善的方向及提高客戶服務滿意度。
