•Work with PCB engineers to define mechanical product requirements, and conceptualize, select, and define technical solutions to complex & highly integrated mechanical engineering problems • Execute customized mechanical design by collaborating with PCB design to achieve premium quality in hardware solutions according to semiconductor test challenges ✓ Sub-millimeter level precision mechanical design ✓ Customized mechanical design adapting to PCB components & Mechanics ✓ Provide both tolerance and engineering analysis to support detail design • Responsible for mechanical project management to ensure best quality and on time delivery • Work closely with supply chain, provide solution to solve manufacture (DFM), assembly (DFA) challenges, ensure hardware products on time delivery and very high first pass rate

1. Lead and maintain the company’s ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), ensuring full compliance with certification and regulatory requirements. 2. Plan, conduct, and oversee internal and external audits, including coordination with certification bodies and follow-up on audit findings. 3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, implementing corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and tracking effectiveness. 4. Develop, review, and control quality system documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 5. Provide ISO-related training and guidance to cross-functional teams to strengthen quality awareness and operational compliance. 6. Support customer audits and regulatory inspections, acting as the primary ISO subject matter expert and liaison.

1. Supervise daily QC operations, including incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections to ensure product quality meets specifications. 2. Lead, coach, and manage QC inspectors/technicians to achieve quality and productivity targets. 3. Monitor inspection results, analyze quality data, and drive timely resolution of defects and nonconformities. 4. Prepare and present weekly productivity reports and quality KPIs, tracking team performance, inspection output, and key quality metrics. 5. Implement and maintain quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection standards. 6. Coordinate with production, engineering, and QE teams on quality issues, including root cause analysis and CAPA execution. 7. Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality system requirements.

We are liiking for an embedded software engineer with experience in networking, video streaming, and Linux systems. The following skills are preferred but not mandatory: 1. Knowledge of WiFi Gateway/Router(802.11) 2. Experience with FFmpeg or GStreamer for streaming pipelines 3. Linux kernel driver development 4. Familiarity with H.264/H.265 video encoding and MP4 packaging 5. RTSP/RTP/HLS streaming optimization 6. Embedded Linux development experience
