Position Summary: The position is responsible for providing professional support in HR functions , including recruitment process, onboarding, compensation & benefits administration, performance management, training ,policy implementation, employee relations, HR policies & procedures updates, and special projects. Accountabilities: •Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and according to policy and legal requirements. •Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. •Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews. • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS). -Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities. (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.) •Support employee benefits including insurance programs, employee welfare, HR policies and practices. •Assist in employees staff greeting applications and TESS/R&R programs facilitation. •Compliance of Company guidelines/policies and local government rules/regulations related to HR matters. •Facilitate comprehensive training workshops training and development programs. •Handle Employee Service Award program, attendance management & benefit programs. •Assist with internal/external compliance audits and HR work investigations as needed. •Handles special projects as assigned. Position Summary: The position is responsible for all vessels planning by coordinating with each alliance partner, up/down stream concerned parties and central planner to provide the most correct & reliable inbound & outbound files for yard TT plan and shipside vessel operation. Job Accountabilities: 1. Coordinate with central planner of each line for stowage planning and follow stowage instruction, pattern and special requirement to ensure each vessel pre-stowage plan with maximum container loading and safety sailing stability condition. 2. Ship particulars building and updating. 3. Input arrival data (Baplie) in CASP system and upload to CATOS through EDI system without error message also upload to MTNet, then update important stowage information including DG/Reefer/OOG/COD/BB…etc. 4. Creating restow containers for operation convenience and get approval from central planner. 5. Provide necessary data including handling summary, manifest, certificate and other specific information to chief officer or master. 6. According to container yard location to provide excellent bay plan for shipside operation and adjust it timely to meet operation need like as CT, OOG, late come or other special request and satisfy chief mate’s requirement for DG segregation, RF plugging, lashing force, weight distribution. 7. Departure EDI file finalize in CATOS system, vessel operation stowage papers/documentation filed and management to ensure all in good order to avoid any loss or service failure and provide them to vessel operator & MTNet. 8. All vessel operation stowage papers filing. 9. Identify container restow account and solve billing charge problem. 10. Learning any new operation system, test and maintain carefully. 11. A. Position Summary: This position is responsible for supporting IT daily operation in Kao Terminal to achieve very high level of system availability and stability. This includes coordinating and working with local as well as overseas IT resources to implement solutions as requested. Providing IT solutions based on well understanding of processes and requirement of Marine Terminal operations. And also responsible for supporting implementation of Terminal Operation System (TOS) projects. B. Key Accountabilities: ●Responsible for IT daily operation maintenance to support round-the-clock terminal operation service. ●Assist to analyze, implement, optimize and maintain Terminal Operation Systems. ●Prompt response to TOS crisis to minimize huge potential loss due to impact to Terminal and Vessel operation. ●Ensure system availability and stability to provide smooth business operational support for business continuity. ●Support EDI systems in terms of Terminal operation requirement related. ●Responsible for IT inventory, procurement, asset management and documentation. ●Network management support. ●System architecture management. ●Infrastructure management support. ●Security management. ●Telephony solution management. ●Non-TOS((Terminal Operation System) local applications management. ●Wireless solution support and management. ●IT inventory, procurement, asset and server room management and documentation. ●Office 365 support. ●Support End User computing and training. ●Perform IT related duties as assigned.

A. Position Summary: The position is to manage all transactions in the General Ledger in compliance with Group rules, processes and working procedures in order to provide accurate and reliable accounting information for Head Office reporting and local needs. B. Key Accountabilities: • Book accounting entries in the GL such as fixed assets, depreciations, payroll, agent commissions, accruals, bank transactions. • Perform bank reconciliation. • Perform account balances reconciliation with partners (third parties and intercos). • Produce tax reporting such as VAT return. • Book month end closing entries in accordance with the closing schedule. • Book transactions and settlements related to netting process. • Ensure accounting bookings, payments and analysis of all account payables in compliance with Group rules, processes, working procedures. • Perform and analyze cash positions, and operate cash pool. C. Qualifications & Requirements: * Bachelor‘s degree or above in accounting related field. * Minimum of 2-4 years in audit firm working experiences. * Knowledge of business tax (VAT). * At least 2-4 year GL accounting working experiences. * Proficiency in English. (TOEIC : at least score 750) * PC literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point) skill. D. Key Competencies: * Strong analytical skill * Strong computer skill in MS excel * Communication and interpersonal skill * Ability to work under tight timeline * Accuracy, attention to details

*Perform PO (Purchase Orders) for Crane/M&R inventory management. *Handle 3rd party container repair operations & recovery issues. *Responsible for management of Chassis M&R activities. *Support on M&R related HSSE issues. *Daily work order update management.
