1.Customer Engagement & Requirements Analysis2.Control and manage NPI project timelines.3.Monitor product yield rates and initiate improvement plans.4.Execute annual Value Engineering (VE) initiatives/programs.

1.Verify parameters (incl. PPID upload) and validate post-value data against platform specs. 2.Execute DOE plans with parameter/jig changes and collect post-value data. 3.Check post-value data and benchmark against BKM. 4.Perform quality buy-off after machine modifications. 5.Analyze issues via DRB mapping and support root cause identification. 6.Support process enhancement and collect fan-out data for evaluation.

1.Execute original or highly complex design projects. 2.Establish standardized specifications based on process technology and supplier manufacturing capabilities. 3.Implement training programs and provide guidance to engineers.

1.Handle general customer complaints and related quality incidents. 2.Ensure that customer requirements regarding product quality and responses to quality issues are properly implemented. 3.Participate in customer quality-related meetings, compile relevant data, and follow up on pending items. 4.Coordinate and communicate with related departments regarding general customer quality requirements and turn-key complaint cases. 5.Attend internal and external meetings related to customer complaints, and track corrective and preventive actions for complaint cases.

1.Handle production line abnormalities (CAPA) and customer complaints, including confirmation of quality reports and implementation of corrective actions. 2.Analyze key customer quality data and provide continuous improvement reports. 3.Promote automation in QC processes. 4.Process monthly attendance and prepare related reports. 5.Provide wage and working hour data for audits and complete CSR/customer questionnaires. 6.Offer payroll and attendance consultation services. 7.Conduct HRM system testing and revise work instructions related to working hours.

1.Perform machine acceptance procedures, including NPI setup and verification of component replacements. 2.Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with standard procedures (semi-annual and annual). 3.Diagnose and resolve equipment alarms and operational anomalies to minimize downtime. 4.Perform fine-tuning of parameters across identical equipment models to enhance overall performance. 5.Support and execute fan-out improvement projects, focusing on yield and process enhancements. 6.Ensure equipment computer systems comply with corporate IT security policies and protocols. 7.Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as delegated by supervisors.
