We are seeking a highly motivated Software Team Leader, who combines technical leadership, system-level thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Operations, and global customers to enable efficient diagnostics, automation, and intelligent data integration. Responsibilities •Lead the software team to design, develop, and integrate diagnostic software solutions for AI server and storage platforms. •Build a unified Diagnostics OS that supports modular and reusable test components across multiple products and customers. •Drive automation, standardization, and integration with production lines. •Collaborate with R&D and Operations to enable efficient issue diagnosis and resolution throughout the product lifecycle. •Develop and maintain automation tools, test scripts, and diagnostic libraries for manufacturing. •Define and enforce standard interfaces and log formats for seamless integration with the operation flow. •Document diagnostic procedures, APIs, and best practices. •Evaluate and adopt new tools or technologies to enhance testing efficiency and data analytics. Qualifications • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to respond quickly to customer and factory issues from different time zones. • Solid understanding of server system, AI server architecture, and diagnostics workflows. • Experience leading software teams and coordinating with cross-functional teams for global customers. • Proficient in software development lifecycle management and quality assurance practices.

1.主機板或工作站產品的需求評估，完善產品DC-DC電源硬體線路。 2.共設計DC-DC電源硬體線路的需求評估。 3.設計問題解決方案和除錯。 4.解決在產品客訴問題的處理、分析與解決。

1. 製程研發： 負責新製程的研發、優化與實驗，以滿足產品需求，在3D結構產品實現均勻鍍膜 2. 參數設定與驗證： 設定新設備參數並進行量產驗收，確保新製程穩定。 3. 設備改善： 進行設備改造、升級或開發。 *須出差

進行Python程式語言授課，對象為國高中生。須於正式授課前接受公司培訓，確認教學技巧與教材之正確使用，並定期參與講師群共備會議。

Create a system requirement specification to elaborate on system design, system components/interfaces, and data schema. 3.
