Automation line set up and bring up on time in order to fulfill milestone schedule. 3. Ensure all automation related equipments operates as expected, monitor equipment performance, and achieve MFG OEE 4. Assist new automated equipment to be introduced into production. 5. Preventive maintenance and overhaul, formulate and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and downtime. 6. Equipment upgrades and modifications, evaluate equipment performance 7. Team management, work shifts, and ensuring resources to support production goals 8. Prepare and manage automation equipment maintenance and repair budgets 9. Analyze maintenance and repair costs to save costs and improve efficiency 10. System/FATP Material: PCB, EE, ME parts 1. Supplier Assessment: Evaluate and qualify new suppliers by conducting audits, assessing their quality systems, and verifying compliance with standards. 2. Supplier Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze supplier performance, identify trends, and develop action plans to address quality issues. 3. Root Cause Analysis: Work with suppliers to perform root cause analysis for defects or non-conforming materials and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions. 4. Supplier Development: Support suppliers in implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables. 5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure supplier quality aligns with company requirements and standards. 6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of supplier performance, audits, corrective actions, and quality documentation. 7. 1. System Implementation & Configuration: a) Deploy and configure MES solutions to meet manufacturing and process requirements. b) Ensure integration with ERP, PLC, and other factory systems. 2. Process Mapping & Digitization: a) Map production processes and translate them into digital workflows. b) Enable paperless production tracking and traceability. 3. Real-Time Monitoring & Data Collection: a) Ensure MES captures production data accurately (e.g., yield, downtime, WIP). b) Support dashboards and KPIs for operations visibility. 4. Support Production & Troubleshooting: a) Provide frontline support for MES issues on the production floor. b) Troubleshoot data, system, and interface errors. 5. System Maintenance & Upgrades: a) Perform regular system checks, updates, and backups. b) Coordinate MES software upgrades and patches. 6. User Training & Documentation: a) Train operators, engineers, and supervisors on MES functionality. b) Maintain clear documentation for MES processes and change control. 7. Compliance & Traceability: a) Ensure the MES supports traceability, quality checks, and regulatory compliance (especially important in automotive, medical, and aerospace sectors). 8.
